They are still very thorough with the covid check as the check temperature before going inside, give you hand sanitizer when coming in and ask you to use before leaving & of course everyone was wearing a mask. I think it's great and they are keeping a safe environment. We have had this appointment scheduled for a month. Her insurance hasn't changed. The office has had her insurance information since she made the appointment. They could have called us at any point prior to 9:25am today and we could seek care elsewhere. The front desk staff are completely incompetent and unprofessional. This is a practice that needs to be absorbed by a bigger hospital organization and ensure competent patient care. We wasted our time and my girlfriend now has delay of care in tending to her active medical issues. Completely unacceptable. Do not go here.
