Then Will showed up a week later with a helper and had my tree down in a few hours. I'm recovering from surgery and physically unable to handle the lawn myself. With weeds getting out of control, I was depending on them to follow through , especially since we're at risk of a visit from code enforcement. After they received our payment, Big Ed's completely disappeared. No job done. No refund. No responses to multiple follow-ups. This is not just unprofessional; this is a scam. They took the money and vanished. Do not trust this business with your time or money. Avoid at all costs.

I hired a new company but these guys showed up the day after to complete the work that they didn't show up to do, so I gave them one more shot. Never again. I overheard the owner telling his employees to only cut enough so we will have them come back to cut it again next week. I also overheard the owner mocking me and making fun of me. They did a quick sloppy job. The new company I hired came the next day and when I explained what I paid and showed him what this company did, they fixed it and did my first cut free. Do not hire these fools. Don't waste your money so this guy gets his next fix. It was clear he was under the influence.
