They will immediately put you on hold if they ever answer the phone and will take forever to get back to you with your concerns or questions. I had called in once before from suffering from a migraine for a week. I couldn't tough it out anymore and asked that they send in a medication to the pharmacy (sumatriptan nasals or injection). Mind you this is my PRIMARY CARE Physician. Was told by the receptionist because I have never been treated for my migraines there that they couldn't send anything. My medical records at that office reflect chronic migraines...but they still wouldn't help. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Accused our doctor of 10 years of being incompetent, he rushed through the appointment, took me off all the medicine that I have been on, would not listen to my concerns , he will not be someone I see again. I fell a couple of months ago and fractured some ribs I've been falling at that point Dr Stanhope was out I had to see Dr h o and he had ordered a brain scan and instead of going to the insurance company to make sure it got done he said he's not worried about it when I continue to have dizziness and headaches. It was very obvious to me that this doctor did not care. My wife and I have been patients of Dr Stanhope for over 10 years and have never been treated anywhere near what I dealt with today. This was the worst representation for pack medical that I have ever seen and we were many many years back some of the first patients of Dr pack when he came to town with his first wife kristen. I strongly suggest that if their Dr Stanhope was your provider and they tried to make you see this new guy did you find somebody else because this guy could really give a care less about your health. Keep in mind that we have been patients of our doctor for over 10 years and even when Dr Pat came to town originally with his first wife we saw them as well and we're extremely happy this is the first time that we've had them have a see someone who's so completely incompetent and quite honestly has put my husband's health in jeopardy

She gave me the royal treatment, took her time going down the list, and addressed every one of my concerns by ordering a comprehensive blood panel, an x-ray, and a prescription for antibiotics to kill off my bronchitis. I am making her and Dr. Tamtam my go to from now on. I don't care if I have to drive up from San Antonio. It's well worth it!

Trying to get information or help from the front desk is like pulling teeth. I ask for the GM's name and number and it took 26 minutes on hold to find out there is no GM!! Fax to the office can take 48 hours to be to the record for the provider to see, even if you call and ask for them to look out for the fax from the pharmacy for example. If you call Wednesday for prescription renewal, it may take until Monday for the pharmacy to receive it. And Lord knows, you won't know if it was done because they don't text or call you back. Terrible office skill sets. Oh, and if they do something for you they claim they went up and beyond their duties but in reality they're just doing the job every other clinic in the free world does for their patients.
