The poor rating is based upon the Lexington plastic surgery institution as a company. It took 6 months for me to get copies of my medical records from their HR in New York. Kept giving me the run around. Dianne, the receptionist at the time told me it was mandated by Texas law for everyone to get the sample to lab. Which is untrue and they're (third party lab company) now billing me $1800. If they are experts in the field of SRT, why wouldn't the technician perform radiation that was small in diameter and not make weird shapes. Because SRT causes discoloration in skin. I had keloids removed from my shoulders. And a friend once commented that my scar looks like a dildo. Completely embarrassing. The odd shapes and thick diameter of SRT treatment leaving me bigger than necessary scars. Is leading me to look into tattoos. Which I was against doing. Again, the surgeon Dr Ogu is great and cares about his patients even after surgery. I just can't wear tank tops right now during summer when I did before while having keloids on my shoulders.
