I've twice had good experiences with Gary's Gas...now operated by sons Tim and Clint. Response time was very good in both cases. A couple of years ago they improvised a part for a gas water heater igniter too old to have factory parts available, saving me replacement of the whole tank. It is in adequate condition otherwise, still working fine. Then yesterday I asked for a quote on moving a gas outlet for a barbeque. Clint dropped by, looked, and explained how to do it to building code with no installation, just a hose I could buy myself. As a side matter, but on the same visit, he looked at a gas space heater I'd been trying to get working for five years. In two minutes he found a bad battery connection, and had it working. No charge. I'll be calling these guys first, next time I have a gas problem! read more
