They just happened to be the company that installed the original unit in the house also, so that's a plus. Our homes unit is 20 years old and I figured they'd tell us to get a new one, but that isn't the case. It was the exact opposite. The technician informed us that it's running very well. It was refreshing to have that kind of honesty in a company these days. That is why I called them and no one else for the other house we bought. We gutted the house and needed a new a/c. I called and spoke to Virgil, who came right out. I told him that I was impressed with the way the technicians don't just try to sell you on something. He said that is how his company does business. Love it! Again, he was honest and told us that amazingly, the duct work in the other house was great and we didn't need to replace it. He told us once we had the drywall installed, to call for installation. He had given us a nice quote, good for 90 days and he honored that. The techs came out within a few days of my phone call and installed the unit and we now have working air. Fabulous staff and company that I would highly recommend!! I won't use anyone else.

The company recently called to check in with us and my husband told them we were happy with the installation. The only thing was the gas line that had to be dug had somewhat sunk in and so had a hole. They sent someone out immediately to fill it in. It really wasn't a big deal, but how good was that of them to care enough a month later? Best money I've spent in awhile.

Our air conditioner broke down a week ago and we weren't able to get the regular company out until…read moreMonday. It broke down again last night and we called everyone. Most companies weren't open again until Monday morning, some advertised that they are open 24/7, but then either the phone would not be answered or an answering service would answer but no one would call you back. We called Borski and they were extremely responsive and the gentleman was out within 40 minutes, fixed and cleaned our unit, and was on his way. I also asked him to give me a quote for a new A/C unit and he said my unit was very good even though it was aging, and recommended that we not get one until next year at least. He just seemed like a very down to earth, honest person and I would be happy to do business with them again, though we obviously hope we don't have a breakdown again! We were so very grateful that he took time out of his weekend for us on the hottest day of the year thus far.
