But this place has been worse. Every time I've come here there has been a problem with the credit card reader. Today I went to the lane on the left. And all the cars lined up behind me needed to backup and let me out, because it would not take my card. This is the third time I've had this problem, across both lanes. Also, I had bought my wife a gift card for Xmas. But the readers have trouble with it. So they told her she needs to come into the office and get a code, to then type in when she picks a lane. Really?? Every time this is what she needs to do? What a hassle. We're done with this place. Looking for a new option. Gonna start trying the big new gas station place out on Route 83 & Archer.

I never…read morebought a membership so I can't comment on that but otherwise, the regular car washes are very good. My main complaint is that they have no recycling bins. Why do they not provide a way for customers to dispose of recyclable items along with our trash? I don't want to throw away cans and bottles so I have to keep those when I clean out my car until I can find one. That is my #1 recommendation for them. It would take hardly any extra effort to have a few recycling bins outside for customers to use.

I visited on a random Thursday morning around 10:30am. It wasn't crowded, but there was a steady stream of cars going through the automatic car wash. A few people took the time to use the vacuums. I didn't get any photos, but I chose the $15 price point over the $8 car wash because I wanted the tires washed. The two employees waiting at the start of the car wash were pleasant, and I appreciated that they smiled. The car got pretty clean, so I was happy. I pulled into one of the vacuum areas so I could vacuum my seats and mats. I always have my own towels on hand, so I didn't use the free towels that the location provides to customers. The vacuum was decent, but I felt like the suction on the passenger side wasn't as powerful as the one on the driver side, which was odd. It got the job done, though. I have a dog, and it was good enough to remove all the dog hair in the backseat. I'd go back to this location for sure. I liked the fact that I could dry my car without feeling rushed. I also saw several employees on-site helping customers and/or cleaning the grounds. I wouldn't have had to search for someone if I had an issue.

Mistakes happen, but after repeated efforts of emailing, completing their online form, phone calls and stopping at the wash in person. I continue to get the run around. Employee Chris related I had to speak to Adam (manager) who failed to respond to me. Chris seemed surprised that Adam continually failed to call me. Go get a car wash at Gas & Wash, Thorntons or even Speedway. At least they're reputable.
