They were running a promotion for a 50% bonus on gift cards. When you tried to purchase the web site did not have this deal, or any mention of it. It only showed the gift card price and would charge you full price for the gift card. When talking to customer service (Chris) he stated if you purchased the card the extra 50% value would have been added, but no where on the site did it state that. He stated he would offer me a 20% discount now instead of the 50%. I stated I did not think that this was fair as I tried to buy the card and there was no mention of the 50% bonus. He stated that all he would do. I asked to speak to the owner or higher up and he stated there is no owner and all complaints stop with him then hung up on me. Reading their reviews they are signed by the owner. I was a monthly pass holder and now I am no longer will be one because of the way they treat their customers. read more

This is the perfect place to get flirted with while you clean your car! My last two experiences, two different team members found their way to talk to me and ask me out, ask for my contact info, or asked if "I had a man". Sleazy. Other than that the experience is great. The wash always looks complete, never any damage to my car! The self-service facilities are always clean, frequently checked garbages and vacuums. I drive to this location even after moving further south because of the price too!! Just find staff that will stay professional and not feel the need to talk to people looking to get a car wash and vacuum. I went through their car wash and the rear spoiler of my truck was ripped completely off the truck. I was instructed to fill out form and manager would contact me. As stated in many of their reviews, they deny any liability for any claims. Myself and many of my friends and relatives go here, but not anymore. The income they lose will more than cover the cost of repairs. Interesting business model refusing any damages caused by your business,saying the air blew off your parts. Many of the reviews state the same issue. Stay away from any business that operates in this manner. read more

Do you want your car to go win fine and come out with a cracked windshield? Have your car wash here. I've been here multiple times and had both of my cars washed without a problem. Recently they apparently changed the brushes and dryer blowers, I went and had my car washed it came out with a cracked windshield. I filed a report with the manager, got a call back the next day saying that they're not covering any of the damage. Their reason? That my car is notorious for getting stress cracks in the windshield. They said I could Google it. Well I did, and I could not find anything to that effect. Juan the manager said I could not contact corporate directly nor would he forward my information to them to speak with them. Or provide a phone number to contact them. Or the department who made this decision. Juan even admitted that they had video of my car coming in without a crack in the windshield and exiting with the crack. But apparently it's still not their fault. If you feel like having your $10 car wash cost you $400 for a new windshield, have your car washed here. I for one will never ever visit this place again. After having been there so many times I can't even count. Update: Simon the "district manager" and I talked today and I may as well spoke to a brick wall. He admitted photos of my car don't show the cracks prior to entry, but they still won't cover their damage. He admitted that most cars wiper blades get blown up under the blowers too and his had similar damage to his own car from "changing his blades and letting the arm slam down", But I guess in this case it is not cause of the damage. When I questioned why Juan's reference to "googling the car being prone to stress cracks" he referenced one blog post from 2011 regarding one persons issue with a brand new car and a mfr defect in the window track....Which was remedied. How amazing is it that I can drive this car for over 4 years, 57k miles and not have his issue until using the care wash. Somehow the excuses don't add up. Nothing more than a cop out and skirting responsibility. Instead of making this right and keeping myself, a once loyal repeat customer and my friends and families patronizing this establishment they choose to make up excuse after excuse after each is rebutted. I guess they can't take an educated customer calling them out, so off to the attorney this goes. 2nd Update: Contrary to what the owner replied, now those aren't rock chips. That the slot In which the wipers sit, you can tell by the lines in the glass which hold the elements for the heated wipers. Seeing as that's where the wipers actually rest, there's now way to see it on their camera. The crack that they acknowledged wasn't there on entry and was on exit on the other hand....... Full of excuses, empty on responsibility. Especially when I see in excess of 15 separate reports of similar damage in their short time at this location across various review sites, taking into account a few duplicate reviews. read more

FIRST AND LAST time going to this car wash. On July 2nd 2023 we made a quick stop to this carwash before heading on the expressway to buy fireworks for my kids. Once we parked at the firework shop my husband noticed the cover of the sideview mirror on the passenger side (i was driving) was not there. I immediately called the Carwash and spoke with Mohammed, told him i was there 30min ago and if he could look for this part. After he put me on hold to look for the part he said it is here. I asked if it was scratched or broken and he said no it is fine. He said to come to the office to get it from him. Once there Mohammed gave me the part and i immediately noticed the hinges to connect to the main mirror were broken off. I asked him what could i do and he said i can make a report in which we did that same day. The next day I received a call from Manager Caden in which he said they reviewed the footage and the part blew off at the end when the dryers were drying the car so the part was probably broken already. I told Caden i would like to review the footage as that is impossible as the part was not broken to begin with. Caden told me i had 2 options, 1. to go through my insurance to request the footage (which i am not as my deductible would be more than what that part would cost) or 2. Write an e-mail through their website and request the footage for a fee. After i hung up with Caden i sent an email for the footage, that was July 3rd. Yesterday since i did not hear back at all i called and left a vm and sent another email. I get a call today July 26th from Mike stating that he received an e-mail from higher ups to tell me that the only way to view the footage is to go through my insurance. What cowardice to hide behind an employee instead of calling me and doing things the right way. What a shame on this Company, its service and its management. read more

This place is pretty cool, for a car wash. The set up is good, the workers are friendly and helpful and present. You pull in, and get to vacuum your car for free - there are plenty of spaces to do this - and the vacuums are super high powered. When you are done, you drive through the pay area, select your wash, and then move on thru. Honestly, I think this car wash was the best I've been too. My car was actually very clean for an automatic wash. I can't get over how nice my tires looked after. My go-to place! read more

This is one of the best automated car wash I've ever been to. It's a very well organized and clean car wash as well as affordable. The bug scrub is kind of inconveniently placed and when they get busy there's a long line so it'd help to have multiple maybe against the curb opposite to the vacuums (so behind them) but far enough towards the entrance people could still go around and use the 3rd lane. But I think that the wash itself and vacuums work very well and are up kept decently too! read more

On 2/6/21 I went through this car wash and my car was severally scratched on my hood, passenger side front door, and sunroof glass. Filed a complaint with Moe and today 2/7/21 I received a call stating they denied the claim. Just bought my vehicle December 10, 2020 and now my car is damaged so bad that in spots its down to the primer. Sad that you try to support local businesses and they dis regard the damages there business caused your property. read more

Wash wise. I've had no complaints. A few small scratches on the paint cause by the brushs. Which is going to happen with machine washes. The reason for the one star is I have a 19 gmc. With a textured bumper on the rear which is factory. I'm not sure if it was a brush or what it was inside the wash something scratched or gouged my rear bumper. I saw it after I left there wash and headed to home depot's parking lot to wipe down the interior due to the fact the were busy and didnt need the vacuums. There disclaimers says it has to be shown before leaving but you exit on 115th st. With no easy way to stop and check your car before you leave. If you have a new car I wouldnt take your car here unless dont mind stuff like this but drives me nuts. So I will be replacing the textured bumper to make it back to looking new. My favorite carwash in the area! Very fast, very clean, and leaves my car very dry. The staff is friendly. One of my biggest issues with carwashes is the vacuums. Many times they're weak and leave behind little bits and pieces but the suction on these vacuums is nice! You can get anywhere between a $3 - $10 carwash. I usually get the $3 one because the struggle is real out here. Lol but promise it still comes out squeaky clean! read more
