These people are after me for years. I went for the first time to their office to question about a letter they sent me. It was partially my name and I was questioning but a person in an office who was listening my convo with secretary who never showed his face said that because I went to them questioning I'm acknowledging the debt. I left feeling jump like wth happened here. Now they are after my bank account... I'm disable living with autistic kid... I'm not going to pay a thing cause I don't owe you a thing. they suck...don't reply to emails or anything to settle a remaining debt of 1500...they harassed me and are now leaving me with 300 paychecks as a single person paying rent, a car payment, car insurance, utilities, gas , food etc. Tried making weekly payments of 50 a week instead of them taking 150 a week so I could you know actually live...never got a reply...karma will definitely catch up. total scumbags. read more

This law company has harrassed me for a $1,000 2007 credit card debt since 2017 (!!) they say Westbay Recovery is their client. I am working part time and am retirement age. They just sent a letter to my company and they are now garnishing my paycheck @ 25%of my gross pay, without any details of what I make or my financial hardships. The amount PER WEEK is astronomical and I have tried to make some deal. AND the amount they want now is OVER $4,000. I am getting sick over this and don't know where to turn. These people are snakes! They cleaned me out of all the money I had in my accounts, as well as my boyfriend's account on Friday the 14th, the same day they mailed me the court documents. Never received anything prior. No way to take care of my 3 kids, only to get the court documents for the attachment today when I came in from work. The objection date was today, so because the deadline was missed, there is probably nothing I can do about it. Refuses to return my calls. Ive contacted my attorney, although I doubt there is anything I can do about it. Complete assholes! they don't even deserve the 1 star. A debt that was more than 10 years old apparently. Karma will bite them in the ass. They are going to hell for what they do to people. read more

This place is a complete joke. After getting a letter from them stating that they are going to take me to court to attack my wages if I do not respond to them in which I did never got a call back. I just received another letter stating supposedly that court granted them permission. I lloked this up and per the district court im suppoaed to be setved by an officer of the court and get this i nevet was !!!!! However I contacted them and they never returned my calls. The letter has a bogus charge that I already went to court years ago for and won! I won because I proved its not legit. No idea who the credator is that they claim west bay recovery is and never in my life had $1800 charge that they claim u owe. I have never had anything over a few hundred dollars. They do not return phone calls. Just left them a message and probably won't get one back eiyher. I said if they do not call me back they will be hearing from my attorney with a counter suit for harassment since this was already taken care if in court years ago. I called about a debt an was looking to rectify my issue, Brian really is RUDE..UNPROFESSIONAL..he was so pissed I dared to withhold information from him..in reality I dont have to provide any information at all to him he is helping the plaintiff and I am the defendant so my business is just that MY business not his and the only one who can make me give this prick any information is the JUDGE...SO if you have a debt with these pricks dont give them any information do your research online know your rights and do the best you can to pay off your debt. So while I was trying to come to some kind of an agreement on my case he kept poking fun at me over and over and over again trying to get me mad But it didnt work I DEAL WITH PRICKS ALOT and you dont piss me off my fun is pissing you off and i did ...In the end he tells me if I dont tell him what i do for a living and where do i work he is going to garnish my wages, JUST because I wasnt forthcoming...Well if you do tell them were you work they WILL garnish your wages and you can be fired if this happens if your employer wants to federal law prohibits them from firing you if its only one garnishment but what ever one is to much figure out how to pay this old debt any way you can to keep these bottom feeders from screwing you more than they should.
