I politely left the office I did receive their pen and a couple of cold pacs. I retained another law firm. Even if Mike Battoro apologies to me, I learned one thing after clerking for the late William Powers, a very influential Associate Justice of the Rhode Island Supreme Court, that is when a fellow attorney requests to speak to another lawyer that lawyer at the very least should be cordial and certainly grant the request. I would give one star but 'Dave' was polite and quick with the first call back after requesting information online from their site. Dave took down my primary information and he told me not to speak with any involved parties until I heard back from either him or Mike. He said they would call me back within a few hours before they closed for the day. He also said if they could not help me for any reason, they would at least call back to inform me and maybe give me some advice on where to go next. At this point insurance companies and doctors are calling me that I needed to respond to, so I was eager and awaited their call. I'm writing this review far more than a week later.
