My research revealed that following ceramic coating, car finishes should always be hand-washed and NEVER exposed to the mechanics of automatic car washes. And although some touchless car washes claim to be safe, the soaps can strip away your car's protective wax or sealant. Chris at Prestige Auto Spa was my initial contact and arranged for the initial ceramic coating and hand car wash. He was friendly, courteous and professional. Amber, also at Prestige, finished the process by hand washing my car. She was also friendly, courteous and professional and did an excellent job!
