For now this is a review and not a complaint, but twice now this month and a couple of times I Jan and Feb, the huge, spinning, shammie brush at the end is either not working at all, or today, like its tilted and the right side if windshield is completely untouched as well as extreme right side... windshield is still wet and very spotted as well as rear windshield. Not sure blowers working well on right side either, as passenger side still wet and spotted. I had to shammie the entire car. I called and had to leave VM... 53.00per month as a silver-customer... not satisfied with this level since this seems ongoing... 4 or 5 times in ​just a few months ... I will try elsewhere if they dont fix it read more

My car was dirty - wife ran through something, so I purchased the Platinum $25 wash (most expensive wash). After running through it there was oily dirt smeared on the side door there was also some oily residue in the wheel well. They let me run through again and it didn't improve much. They mentioned the Underbody wash is like I misting and in middle of wash (usually it's at start of wash and really powerful spray you can feel). Ended up going to a Circle K wash and buying the most expensive wash ($14) and it did a much better wash and got rid of all the oily grime and residue. I should have asked for a refund and I am so glad I did not buy an unlimited there! I guess if your car is dirty, don't bring it here - clean cars only. Had my car washed today; I'm on a monthly plan. Before leaving I had to wipe off the remaining water since Sgt. Clean fired the people who wiped off your car. While I was wiping off my car I spotted three employees talking at the entrance. I was tempted to ask them to grab a towel and help me. All of them waved to me as I pulled in. I could do with less waves and more towel action. I'm not holding my breath. read more

They're ok but without a fast pre wash with mops before you enter the wash there's no way an automatic car wash will do a good job of things like wheels, lower body or tailgate if you have a truck and it didn't. I also didn't want my membership to automatically renew the 1st month so I could evaluate the quality. The attendant stated he'd immediately put in a cancel to prevent this but it renewed anyhow. That's just not right. In this same situation I recommend you buy the membership then go to the website and cancel it yourself until you decide if you want to keep it. read more

Went to this particular car wash today, very rude attendant. Acted put out when I asked for a receipt. Get around to the washbay, same attendance began removing things out of the back of my truck just no regard for personal property then when I go through the car wash my truck, it's just as dirty as it was when I went in do not recommend this place at all. read more

Very weird guy came up to our car to take our card to put into the machine which we could have done. He was also very rude as when he asked if we had been there before (which we haven't) he said he could tell. The car wash is also VERY overpriced for what they give. When we were done we went to dry the car and found scratch marks all over the place, soap sitting on the car, brake dust still on our rims, and our spoiler missing. Very unpleased with the service and don't recommend anybody to go to this place. Wish I could give zero stars. read more

Bought a wash pass and only wanted it for a month and had it canceled. They then continued to charge me for another 2 months without me knowing I still had it because I was told it was canceled so I stoped in and the guy actually canceled it and I was told I would be getting a call from a manager and a week later I still have not gotten a call. I called yesterday multiple times and they called me back today but I was at work and when I called back 5 minutes later no response....very irritated at this point. read more

I was very impressed with how helpful they are if you need help getting to pay. Sometimes it is very confusing for some of older patrons. And hard to reach if we aren't close enough. read more

The second time I was declined to use their car wash both times in different vehicles. unsure why I spoke to the asst manager who lead me to the manager and they both had a very negative attitude towards me. as I was trying to purchase their unlimited pass. First, welcome to Massillon. I've been mostly pleased with their services since they opened, but I see a growing trend of cutting corners. Yund's hand sprayed all 4 sides of the car. Sgt. Clean neglects the passenger side. On Sunday, the staff failed to wipe half the hood and today, they completely neglected the back of the car. I pay for the Silver level of service, so I'm a frequent customer. Please retrain your staff to wipe the entire vehicle. Thank you. read more

Best automatic car wash. Period. I did, "the works" on the exterior only and it cost me $18 with tax. It included tire shine and Rain-X application. Two guys hand dry your car as it comes out of the wash. Yund's also offers express detailing so I'll give that a try next time. read more

The guy removed my antenna, while I was making my selection for a wash. He tells my son to put down his window ( my son did not know that the motor was almost dead for the window!) and of course the window wouldn't go back up. The guy who removed the antenna was completely rude and yelled at me. He tried to 'help' by pulling the window off the track causing more damage. I get people have bad days but to get treated like this makes the whole business look bad. There are other car washes out there, unfortunately I will be going to others from now on due to this guys rude and salty attitude. read more

Yund's car wash does an excellent job when you get the $35 exterior and interior cleaning service. I drive north to Massillon from Dover when my cars need a thorough cleaning. read more
