The building has a lot of great amenities and an awesome rooftop. The location was mostly decent but seems to be getting better as more businesses are opening up nearby. Security was never issue for me here and I felt safe on the premises of the building. I removed a star because of a few major issues I had with my first apartment there, although management was quick to remedy them. Also, most fixtures and furnishes are good quality, however the 'wooden' floors scratched so easily I was afraid to do a lot on them. If anyone is looking for an apartment in this area I'd recommend it. The price is right, the apartments are nice, and management is the best. Find the leprechauns and redeem for gift cards). They even have a business center where residents can use desktop computers with printing or reserve a conference room.
