Outstanding elevated German cuisine. If you're in Singen, you really need to check this place out. You'll find traditional German food with a modern flair, made with the finest local ingredients. The waiter and chef are charming and helpful. And the wine list includes some outstanding local wines. This meal was much, much better than I expected in Singen, and I'm thrilled I found it. read more

We had fondue (one of the milder ones, can't remember which, and added chicken) and the Raclette with sausages. So yummy! The kids were given coloring pages and pencils (always a plus!) and their rösti with Raclette plates were sooo good. The restaurant was very clean and care was taken to distance diners during the time of COVID. Our waiter was wonderful and took the time to explain everything to us. A really great experience and well worth the price!
