Turns out at the end of the visit the doctor said no we won't do that service. What a waste of time and money. They told us they did not have our record multiple times only to later find them. The staff is extremely unprofessional and does not have any respect for patients or their confidentiality. They spoke about us in front of us as though we did not exist and in public areas where others could hear. I hope this was just a single bad experience but after hearing how they interacted with other patients I believe it is not the case. It the sort of place where you are seen as a number and a source of cash not a person.

I was coming for a Chest Scan and I don't want to get too graphic. We arrived on time and I was greeted pleasantly at the desk inside. I only had to wait about 15 minutes until I got called in and it was my turn. The technicians were friendly and calming. The whole thing only took about 4 minutes. I received the results within a few hours after. Fingers crossed and I hope everything will be okay.
