We eventually got a room, just in time for me to have to leave because it was after 10pm and no visitors allowed. Not even spouses. The cafeteria is incredible though. When you don't feel good, no one wants to sit in a chair, unable to relax. I got yelled at and threatened by a patient and the security guards were so unprofessional. All they did was complain about working double shifts and wanting to go home. One security guard kept calling the patients psycho and talking loudly about them to every new person that came in. They wouldn't allow my husband to sit with me in the waiting room because it was so packed. It took 5 hours after I was admitted to even get a room. This experience was terrible and not what I expected from this hospital group. Treat your patients like people and not scum, please.

You will never be called with test results - you can read them in the portal and decipher the results yourself. I have no medical background, so this isn't useful for me. She's been named to Pittsburgh Magazine's Top Doctors list in past years and it's well deserved. Sarah is personable, easy to discuss just about anything with, and really knowledgeable in her field. She never makes you feel like she's rushing to get to the next patient and she's efficient and thorough. She's really good at analyzing your personal risk factors and ordering tests that will give her a clearer picture of your health because her goal is always to keep her patients healthy. Some of the tests she's ordered were things I've literally known nothing about but did them because I trusted her judgment and said afterward, thank goodness I did that when something was discovered that needed to be. Her office has also called me with a subtle reminder to get my act together and call to schedule a test she's felt was necessary and I'd been putting off. How many physicians are that on top of things? I'd venture to guess that type of follow-up is unique and just one more thing that makes her amazing.

She lied about everything that was said in the room. When he spoke with the receptionist she was ignorant and has no customer service skills even if the patient is wrong or not you still need to provide customer service skills that show you care even if you don't at the end of the day the people in the office don't care about their patients they care only about a paycheck. After a follow-up with his PCP which will now do the cleanup of a botched and quite frankly waste of time and still didn't have an answer as to what is wrong even they said they have multiple people complaining about her office. My advice GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! She doesn't even deserve the one star.
