I witnessed a patient going off on the nurses and they never lost their cool with her. The insurance person and nurses listened to her concerns and kindly responded to her giving her possible options to resolve it. She definitely didn't deserve their kindness because she was hateful to them. They were nothing but wonderful. Everyone from check into prep to surgery and checkout were really nice to me. They calmly and clearly explained everything to me and regularly checked on me to see if I was ok. No one likes having a colonoscopy but they made it as painless as possible. I really appreciated it. When I hear of anyone who needs one, I send them to them. I live in north hills and drove down there because I was told how good they are. I will be back in five years for my next one.

Every question was answered with care, and I always felt respected and prioritized during my recovery. Beyond the medical excellence, the hospital environment itself was superb. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the attention to hygiene was constant and reassuring. Even the food was delicious and provided great comfort during my recovery. She's really good at analyzing your personal risk factors and ordering tests that will give her a clearer picture of your health because her goal is always to keep her patients healthy. Some of the tests she's ordered were things I've literally known nothing about but did them because I trusted her judgment and said afterward, thank goodness I did that when something was discovered that needed to be. Her office has also called me with a subtle reminder to get my act together and call to schedule a test she's felt was necessary and I'd been putting off. When he spoke with the receptionist she was ignorant and has no customer service skills even if the patient is wrong or not you still need to provide customer service skills that show you care even if you don't at the end of the day the people in the office don't care about their patients they care only about a paycheck. After a follow-up with his PCP which will now do the cleanup of a botched and quite frankly waste of time and still didn't have an answer as to what is wrong even they said they have multiple people complaining about her office. My advice GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! She doesn't even deserve the one star.
