We called numerous cabinet companies and 1, only 1 offered to help us get it fixed. We needed to replace worn out slides. Stacy set out to help us determine which slide was needed and how to get it installed. To me it seems unbelievable that, other than Cabinet Concepts and Stacy, no one wanted to bother with our trivial drawer issue. Can you imagine trying to find the slide for 1 drawer when there are hundreds in use? I am so very appreciative of Stacy and this company for going above and beyond for a customer who didn't make the original purchase with them, but they still came through. I will purchase from them in the future. You can't go wrong with a company that CARES to begin with.

In October 2025, I contracted with U S Cabinets Express for a kitchen cabinet project and paid an $8,126 deposit after being told the project would take approximately 4-6 weeks. Unfortunately, that timeline was never met. Over the following months, there were numerous missed appointments, repeated delays, changing explanations, and multiple promised updates that never materialized. I repeatedly requested documentation regarding the status of my order and attempted to work with David to resolve the situation. When it became clear the project was not moving forward, I requested a refund. David ultimately acknowledged in writing that the refund was owed and later proposed a written repayment plan. However, the agreed-upon repayment schedule was not honored, including the first scheduled payment. He even then reached out a little over a week after the first payment was due to state he had a payment for me but it was never delivered and a little over a week later he has not responded to any messages. I have continued to communicate in good faith and have provided multiple opportunities to resolve this matter without court involvement. As of this review, I have been without resolution for more than 8 months and have been forced to pursue legal remedies to recover my deposit, though based on a public records search of court cases I have doubts I will recover anything. I understand that unexpected circumstances can affect any business, and I have tried to be patient throughout this process. However, my experience has been that repeated commitments were not followed through, and I no longer have confidence that the matter will be resolved without court intervention. I encourage anyone considering doing business with this company to ensure that all promises, timelines, and payment protections are documented in writing and to carefully evaluate the risks before paying a substantial deposit.

Cabinets delivered RTA day of backup install date. They assembled on site. Never installed. No Call No Show for the backup install. Assembly was slipshot, sloppy, rushed, and unprofessional (photos included). Loose joints, no glue, cracks, missing screws, blowouts, etc. Fired that day. One cabinet completely missing, one cabinet wrong size, one face damaged, wrong hardware. It took TWO MONTHS to get the final missing cabinet... from a different maker than the rest. Did the installation myself knowing that the quality would be better. Cabinets are good quality, but not in the hands of these scammers. Do NOT waste your time. It may cost more, but go with someone who knows what they are doing, not this fly by night side show carnival.
