Were greeted by a young woman, who seemed to be baby sitting her child as well as showing what they had available. They sent a older male rep. to our home who was clueless - very confused, re. what we were looking for (open top & bottom & split in the middle plantation shutters). He proceeded to make up an estimate sheet which we received by mail later (via mail), and still the estimate was confused. The official owner/salesman must have thought our sale wasn't worth his time (not big enough of a sale) to bother to come out himself, and instead sent this older man, instead. I have to say, I felt sorry for this older man as I thought he should have been retired. So, we wasted a good portion of our time we could have used on some other impt. project. We went elsewhere to get what we needed.
