It was far more convenient than having to hire multiple contractors. Throughout the process, no matter how many question we posed in person, over the phone, or via email, they were always pleasant and nice. They are first rate. My wife and I highly recommend them. I was concerned if they would be able to stain the stairs to match the floors. The new floors were a darker stained white oak and the stairs were red oak. They surpassed expectations.
