Two fees in particular, the stove was missing a small cosmetic piece, so Strategic properties decided to charge me almost $800 to buy a brand new stove even though the old stove worked just fine with no mechanical issues at all. They also threw in an almost $500 fee for cleaning the air ducts of a home that I do not own. Again, if you want to get your deposit back with no hassles , you should avoid strategic properties, this company is a scamming company.

The drain vent that emits gas to the outside had been cut leading me to believe that they used unlicensed plumbers. After hiring a plumber and never being reimbursed for that, they came back in and I told Kimberly Hawks partner, Rafael that the drain had to be lowered. He failed to lower the drain and I am still unable to use the bathroom. I was charged for shelves that were never built, they installed a barn door and it is six inches to narrow. I would never recommend this company as Kim contacted me because of my reviews but never once offered to reimburse me or to fix the problems.
