They were professional, showed up on a time (both for the quote and the project), gave me a quote that same day and made sure we were happy before we paid our remaining balance. It did take them extra day and one light got broken but to be realistic these things are pretty normal and happen when you have contractors in your home. Might as well do it yourself.. Also, without major floor prep, it won't stick well or be what you want. Musselman's use something other than epoxy and can talk the science about it with you.
