Then while fixing the seal, the guy cracked the new windshield so he had to come back a third day to fix it. (Keep in mind, they give you a 4 hour window when they will come during so you need to be at home that whole time waiting for them, so that added up to 12 hours of my time) The manager Doug said all of this was somehow my fault and that he knows my husband's family and "doesn't want to get them involved." How unprofessional. (Look at how many other 1 star reviews mention how rude Doug is). Offered me a $50 gift card for the inconvenience, but never gave it to me. I wish I never went through this company.

This never happened. I have called numerous times and each time they tell me "I can out your information on the desk of the lady who handles this and have her send you the gift card" well.....it never happened. He came early in the time frame and told me he needed 45 minutes to do the repair. Luis finished the job under the time and made sure it was perfect.
