Took my elderly Mother in Laws vehicle in for minor repair work. They did the bumper cover replacement, but someone chipped paint damage to both fenders when removing the bumper cover, then claimed their employee didn't do that, wanted over $700 to correct their mistake. Also, when told to remove valuables from your vehicle make sure you do, they have a thief among them, took my portable battery jump box and a DeWalt battery charger. Owner / Manager needs to lose his ego. Seems nice until he is caught in a lie trying to cheat you. Just realize about any automotive shop you go to they will likely try to cheat you in some way. This one is no exception. So many businesses these days need to clean up their act. I did paint touch up repair myself. Good way to go, loose a customer over a less than $20 repair and get negative review. read more

I just picked up my Jeep Wrangler unlimited an it is awsome.. I needed the top repainted due to sun an past car wash abuse. Was faided an paint gone in places. I stopped by for their opinion an ended up repainting the full top. I worked with Cami who over saw the whole process and kept me informed of progress. She is very knowledgable of all processes as well as over seeing the job. Jeep looks more than great an I appreciate her attention to detail. I really recommend this shop an their staff...first rate. May have given 5 stars except for the fact that they're not trustworthy. When a company accepts your car for work, they are legally responsible for the care of the car. They were nice, performed a good job, but money and lozenges were pilfered from the vehicle. Too bad you have employees with 'sticky' fingers. Will never recommend. read more

I took my Subaru Forrester into this shop for an estimate on a front end dent, scrape, and damage. First, when you walk into this shop, the lobby is welcoming and fun! The owner, Tony, asked how he could help, so I explained that I needed a fast repair as I was selling the car. Tony said, well let me look at it, which he did (immediately!) He said, just give me a minute and went back into the shop. Within 5 minutes he was back out, kneeling down by the fender and "fixing" the problem area. I was concerned as he hadn't said how much it would cost, so I asked him, to which he replied, Oh, I just fixed it for you. No charge!! I couldn't be happier with the repair that was done on my car after getting in an accident. Very professional, yet down-to-earth and small-town hospitality. I was kept up to date on everything that was going on with my vehicle. They kept in touch as well with the insurance company to get the repairs authorized. My car was vacuumed inside (which was a feat as I have 2 dogs, lots of hair on/embedded in the seats and they did a wonderful job of getting all the hair off. The inside of my vehicle was completely cleaned and wiped down. They washed and waxed my vehicle and did the tires. Above and beyond if you ask me. Workers are completely rude and incompetent, I went there to get my car painted and on their website it says "our pros will refinish your vehicle with its original factory color or, if you want, change it to any color or color combination you can dream up" well that's straight bs! We went in and asked for a custom color and the worked kept talking about how we should go to a cheaper place and blah blah blah MONEY was not the issue he also mentioned saying how they only restore the factory color or the colors they have, didn't even ask what color we wanted. But it says that you do custom so Either get your employees in check or fix your website this was completely unnecessary and unacceptable very disappointing. read more

I was referred to Santan Auto Body by my sister; who I might add is very picky. I assumed that if they could please her, they could please me. I live in North Gilbert, so it was a bit of a drive. I had them repair my 88 yr old mothers Honda Fit after she had snagged her passenger side on a trailer hitch in a parking lot. Santan Auto Body is a family owned and run business. Tony and his family do a wonderful job! He handled everything with our insurance company. The insurance adjuster/estimator (?) told me he had worked with Tony before and had no qualms about us using him. He said he stands behind his work. He had the car about 2 1/2 weeks, shopped around for a used door to keep Mom's car from being totaled, and called me about every 3-4 days with an update in the progress. I was always in the loop about when the car would be finished. We picked up the car as promised, it had been washed and cleaned on the interior, and I couldn't tell it had been in an accident. These folks are extremely polite, and provide excellent work and customer service. I always felt like I was the only client they had at the time. Very professional! It's nice to hear "Yes, Ma'am" and "Thank you Ma'am" every time. Tony's daughter is adorable and works in the family business also; she's very knowledgeable as well. They went over and above with repairing my SUV. My son wrecked it about 8 years ago and San Tan Auto Body did the repairs. Last year the paint failed and started to peal away. I had them take a look and they agreed it was a failed paint issue. They contacted the manufacturer of the paint and went to bat for me immediately. They got the ok to repaint it at the manufacturers expense. Since I had a trip planned to go to NYC with the car it had to be done and ready in a few days. They pushed it through and got it completely done in record time. I am so impressed with the level of quality service from this place.
