Took my daughter for a birthday morning coffee. Could not sit in the comfy chairs with the coffee table because they were sticky and filthy. As was the table and floor around it. People came and went to pick up orders but we were the only ones in store. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty as well. read more

I stopped at Starbucks today to discovered that they had something for my baby to eat. I wasn't feeling like having a coffee so I asked for a suggestion, which Courtney helped me to find right away when I asked for something with fruits... that banana/chocolate shake was awesome! My baby had a baby food pouch, that he learned how to eat right there, being 10 months. So, I definitely think that we can stop at Starbucks even if you don't like coffee. They also have something like the "Java chip" but with chocolate instead of coffee, I recommend both, with coffee or without it asking for it with chocolate. My in-laws love to drink hot tea there, so we buy the gift card for them as well at Starbucks. read more

I come here quite often because it's spacious and has new interiors! Just when you think they can't get any worse... My hubs and I come here at least 2 days /week on our way to work. They open at 5:30 and we get there around 6:30. The place is always dirty. Never any creamer out for the public. Rarely any brewed decaf even tho we always order it. And today they took my order, I paid, and then was told "we don't make that!" So I went in there because I wanted a caramel waffle cone Frappuccino and my husband wanted the s'mores Frappuccino. Strike one was when they told me they are no longer offering the caramel waffle cone, yet it's still listed on the menu board. Most places will cover something up if it's gone. Strike two was that they were out of mini and tall cold drink cups. Personally I think it's intentional so they can milk at least $5 out of you for the grande. My husband and I decided to just share a grande s'mores Frappuccino. Strike three, they no longer have the s'mores flavor either. Horrible service! I can't believe they hire employees with this work ethic. I went to get my usual redeye and they gave me the wrong size, issue number one. So I had to go back and get another cup two hours later. I asked her heavy cream with caramel flavor they barely put any cream. So I asked them to give me a bigger cup so that they can add some cream to it. She responds by saying isn't there cream over there. In other words go make it yourself. I also had asked for them to put caramel flavor which they didn't, so I had to add the creamer myself. The worst part is there was about eight cars through drive-through so I got off to have better service and in fact was ignored for about five minutes while I waited in line. then I told my daughter I would wait for her in the car while she got her coffee. Almost 30 minutes later I got off and question the employee why they were taking so long over 30 minutes making her coffee. she decides to give her someone else coffee. This is after the fact that other people that were behind her in line got their coffee first. she then gives me someone else's coffee, which was the wrong size. After I voice my concerns all she could say is we are shortstaffed never even apologizing for everything! Then she followed by I did call out there coffee which was not true because they were waiting there for over 30 minutes. read more
