That means I have to spend hundreds of dollars just to repair the damage caused by them in the first place. This is extremely unfair and very disappointing. When you go to a salon, you expect your hair to be treated with care -- not ruined and then used as an opportunity to charge you more. The man who answered (who I assume was the owner) was completely exasperated with me and rudely told me that I would need to call the stylist directly as he had no control over them and couldn't do anything to help me. "I never know when they're coming in this is the problem with chair rentals." When I got a hold of the stylist herself she was pleasant and explained how I could book online. She's not being represented well by the man she rents from. He was nasty.
