The next day we went to the Hawks Nest rental place at 2:30, took forever to find because of lack of good signage and they were closed when their hours are until 5. I drive a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee however, I wanted to save gas and rent a compact car. I had two of my friends meet me there so we could start our vacation shortly after renting a vehicle. They waited on me for 15 mins in another vehicle and they even stepped out to smoke a cigarette. While I was inside the young worker lady was giving me such a hard time renting the vehicle and I couldn't understand why. I've rented with this location plenty of times and I've spent a couple grand with them before they even renovated. The workers inside were acting so sketchy like whispering but I paid it no mind. Long story short I walk out disappointed with no vehicle but POLICE surrounding my Jeep and my friends. The workers allegedly stated my friends looked like they were going to rob the location, I literally told the POLICE "what the HELL", when he said that. Definitely racial profiling maybe because it was a blk & white male together. I was so upset and shocked a good way to start Christmas. The deputy suggested that we file a complaint and it's a great idea. We were free to go after there ID's came back clear. I will NEVER rent from another Enterprise again sooo embarrassing. Worst experience ever!

This is run by an older gentleman that seems to hate everyone. He comes in late. Takes his time…read moresetting up. Makes it clear that he has no respect for anyone. Has a big sign that tells you to turn off your cellphone. Even though it is required to use the app. He manually entered a drop off time 45 minutes earlier that the 48 hours. He also put in a mileage that was not possible to make. I did get these 2 things changed by calling U-Haul toll free number. But it was a 25 minute wait. The gentleman in change takes 2 phone calls before the first customer. He does not answer any questions or solve any problems for those 2 calls. He just tells them how busy he is and to call back in 30 minutes. I believe he does this just to intimidate the waiting customers. He could easily just ignore the phone calls since he has no intention of helping anyone. I could say so much more. If you get shafted into a pickup here, I would change it or go to a competitor.
