Two dog gates to enter to (double gate usual and dog bags/trash can).. It's a little hard to find but it's between the baseball fields and next to the community gardens! I can see this area being hit or miss- sand, rocks and wood chips but it's such a big space to run around! There's a few tables to sit at and plenty of shade. This is a cute little spot for a quick romp!

We wanted to secure our tickets for the cave tour before the long drive up the mountain. The drive takes about 45 minutes, and then there is a 10-15 minute walk to the cave visitor center from the parking lot. Tickets were $10 each, with an option to donate $ to a bat conservation fund. We arrived at the visitor center about 15 minutes before our 11:30 am tour, so that gave us time to check out the exhibits in the visitor center. I especially liked the "who's bones are these" exhibit. The tour started promptly at 11:30. We were very fortunate to have Kelly Cave (yes, that's her real name) as our tour guide. It was a small group, just us and one other couple. Kelly was a great guide, pointing out all the wonderful formations in the cave, and making sure we stayed safe through the tight spaces. The tour took about an hour and a half, and we enjoyed every moment. After the tour, we hiked the 3/4 mile nature trail outside of the cave, which was very nice. Note: Make sure you dress warmly for the cave tour, the temperature inside the cave is about 44 degrees. No purses, backpacks, bags, etc. allowed.

They should have advised us that my husband who is 6'2 a little over 200 lbs was going to find it very difficult to get through the passages and they said the second part of the cave was very e en worse. Since nothing was said we started on the tour it was so narrow and low he couldn't even get to the first section and we had to turn and get out. When we asked if we could get refunded they said there were no refunds which again there was no sign stating that nor did the women say anything about no refunds when we purchased the tickets. So if planning on going there and your a bigger size person you might what to reconsider.

Couple things for management 1). If the tubes are all the…read moresame and can be used all over, then why make it so difficult to get a tube? Certain tubes for certain areas is silly. 2). The park is for FUN, so have it a requirement for staff to be friendly and act like they are happy for work there. NO frowns or mean faces. Thanks

I just don't think it's worth the amount of money. People steal rafts from families that are…read moresitting down for lunch. Food is over cooked. Admission cost is high for those who don't swim. I wish they had a different color wrist band for those parents that don't get in the water but basically sit and watch their kids all day. Maybe half the admission cost for them? They say there is a swim suit protocol also with no thongs or other showy suits and yet women were there with the bottoms pulled up their crack so high that it was pointless to even wear bottoms. Let alone the strapless tops with boobs about to flop out. I wish it was addressed a bit more.
