It was very rude and I told the Manager that it seemed very inappropriate to ask such a thing to a mother. I will never shop there again. Too bad it was such poor quality of customer service. The two women who were working here were extremely helpful in showing me choices for a cheese spreader. My husband's was a cool, double walled stainless steel mug with artwork of Mount Shasta by local artist, Cailin Henson. The special addition on this was a red carabiner which does double duty as a "handle" and an attachment. My gift was a pretty 2 cup ceramic teapot in sage green with a stainless steel filter. Both are from a British company- Price and Kensington. If you're looking for gifts for yourself or someone else while shopping in Mount Shasta, be sure to make a stop here. This location is on the Main Street in town, right next to Crystal Keepers. I arrived about an hour before closing time right before 4th of July, so it was quite busy. Dustin was the only one working, and he handled every transaction with care and dedicated focus. He moved quickly to serve and made sure to take his time to ensure each transaction was completed correctly, including my own! I was able to print my documents and fax them with no issue and I was honestly impressed by Dustin's customer service. They also have greeting cards for sale, unique magnets, and they do Amazon returns and ship UPS if needed. Notary public available by appointment. I would highly recommend this location to take care on your printing, faxing, shipping needs.
