While visiting Mount Shasta I had to send a fax to my bank to get a situation taken care of. After looking up services on Yelp I found Pages. This location is on the Main Street in town, right next to Crystal Keepers. I arrived about an hour before closing time right before 4th of July, so it was quite busy. Dustin was the only one working, and he handled every transaction with care and dedicated focus. He moved quickly to serve and made sure to take his time to ensure each transaction was completed correctly, including my own! I was able to print my documents and fax them with no issue and I was honestly impressed by Dustin's customer service. They also have greeting cards for sale, unique magnets, and they do Amazon returns and ship UPS if needed. Notary public available by appointment. I would highly recommend this location to take care on your printing, faxing, shipping needs. read more

LOVE THIS PLACE! I go to Pages every time I need something printed! Whether it's posters for the local Siskiyou County Arts Council or personal projects, Pages always helps give me what I need. One time I needed a spiral book printed and they printed and made it within ten minutes. Both the guy and the girl that work there has always been super helpful in navigating the best printing options and ALWAYS make sure I am happy with my product. The young gal that works behind the counter obviously hates her job and makes it very apparent. So went in the mail a package UPS for work. Apparently their hours are only 11:30-3 so ended up going back 3 times trying to get in. Older cow who works there was incredibly rude. Saying I had to leave without a mask and that I was endangering everyone (oh the dramatics, she must have been a theater major 80 years ago). Get off your high horse lady and stay tf home if you're so scared. We don't need you. Last time I checked there wasn't a mask law in Siskiyou County. She was so hateful I will NEVER go back or ever recommend them. Don't even bother being open just close down and stay your mean self home. You just lost a customer for life and I will make sure and tell everyone how poor your customer service is! I've come across places asking for masks to be wore but none were rude or mean about it. Helpful, honest, quick, and trustworthy! Even with 5 people standing in line due to the Thanksgiving holiday, Wende took my information over the phone quickly and professionally. I had left my purse (with all my worldly goods) in Mt. Shasta coming back home to the Bay Area on a long drive back from Idaho through bad weather. The folks who found it dropped it off to Pages at my request. Wende had it packed and shipped right after lunch after my AM phone call, so that it could be FedExed to me overnight. Unless your in Dire Straights to ship something,go to yreka,redding,or medford to do your shipping. Needed to ship a large package and went in there to see if they could pack it first before I brought package into pages. He said they could, so went home to grab the package and came back. Brought it in and it was about 4 and he said it probably wouldn't ship till Saturday. I said that would be fine. So got out my paperwork and I had my own label and he said he couldn't pack it being the label was not bought threw them. I have seen that kind of laziness in the bigger cities, didn't think I would see here in the great city of Mt. Shasta. Just bad business. read more

This shipping business is probably the worst I have ever dealt with! The people that work there have personalities that scream "I hate my job and Don't bug me!". WHY don't they take AMEX? This place has always done a good job for me. They are occasionally disorganized.... But they are certainly trustworthy. They can be slow too- they are afterall, the only copy store in town- and they are doing work for the whole town--- but if you can recognize that you are not the only one in town, you'll be happy with how well they whatever you asked them to do. If i didnt have to give any stars I wouldn't. This place is in dire need for better customer service. The guy I had to deal with was absolutely rude and cold. I didn't feel welcome at all. I will stick with the USPS. I feel really bad for the owner of this store who is a good person but one of the girls she has on staff is going to cause her business to crumble. The education and literacy level this guy made me feel like I was talking to a 3rd grader. And for someone to swear while working is rideculous especally when children were in the store. Now let me get to why I went in there. I had some questions pertaining to shipping and when it came time to helping me box something up she kept rolling her eyes and making grunting noises. I use Pages regularly for printing my yoga and workshop flyers. Excellent service! As long as you're detailed with your order (how many copies, full color or b&w, edges cut, what kind of paper, etc), they are great at doing everything over email, and there usually isnt a huge wait time for small/medium sized orders. Overall great business with speedy service. The reason why I'm not giving 5/5 stars is because of the last flyer order I sent in. I need to have the edges cut on all my flyers because there is a white border. The guy working said the hydraulic cutter that usually does the job wasn't available that day. He said he could hand cut using the sling arm cutter, and "promised" that he was very good. He ended up mangling 6 out of 10 of my flyers, which of course I didn't have to pay for. Except he tried to charge me $8.50 for the 4 remaining flyers plus a proof, which is outrageous. I caught the error and the new total was much lower. Anyways, dont let them hand cut using the sling arm!! This is the only time out of the many times I've been there that there was any sort of problem. read more

Had a very bad experience with young woman employee who was impatient and rude when asked about a copier problem. The attitude was "don't ask stupid questions and don't bother me."
