When I showed up, I believe the owner was rude and evassive when I asked him how long it would take to get the part number. He said I have to leave the computer for up to 4 days to just get the part number, then another 4 days to fix it. My friend was witness to his rude behavior to me. He basically told me to go somewhere else to fix the defective computer they sold me. Buyer beware!

The total came to $80, I paid and returned the next day for my items. After picking them up I noticed a couple of days later that my bank account was charged twice. I contacted this business to notify them and was assured of I could bring in my bank statement as proof, they would be happy to correct the situation. So I came back, the owner and another employee confirm my card was charged twice, I showed my bank statements. The owner Stan tells me he will refund me and apologized. I left my contact information in case they needed to reach me. I get a call the next day stating they did not over charge me AND now would like ME...I come in and pay another $80.00 because according to them, "we only charged you once with our really good system that's never had issues. And since we refunded you, we're now out money and would like to be paid" what in the actual F*** is going on with this "business", if you choose to call it that. First off, nothing adds up. If they really didn't charge me twice A. My bank account wouldn't have double charges. B. Why would a company give a refund if there was no error to begin with. Yeahhh.. scammers!! I now have filed a better business bureau complaint for this faulty business that is attempt to steal my $80. And filing a dispute with my bank who CLEARLY shows two charges listed.
