No stars deserved. Moving is stressful…read more I had an appointment scheduled at the Uhaul location on 5th Street. Daniel, the manager, was too busy texting to acknowledge my presence. Finally, I gave him my information for my appointment, and he was unable to locate the appointment he made for me a week earlier. Moving is stressful. Daniel, and his I don't really care attitude, sent me out of the store with no trailer, no lights, and a completely dumbfounded that anyone could be so careless about his customers. I have used uhaul for 6 years, and this was the worst experience I've ever had. Do not go to the Uhaul on 5th Street in Pocatello. They obviously don't need the business. So don't give it to them Casey at the Pole Line location is amazing. I'll do his review next. 0 stars for your Daniel!!!! And a bad yelp.

The 26 foot truck I rented was reasonably price, easy to drive and load and came pre loaded with dollies and blankets I ordered. Uhaul let's you manage move by internet or by phone and reservations are quick and easy. This pocatello store had a good supply of box's and packing materials at good prices and store personal were very helpful in changing and confirmming reservations

The total came to $80, I paid and returned the next day for my items. After picking them up I noticed a couple of days later that my bank account was charged twice. I contacted this business to notify them and was assured of I could bring in my bank statement as proof, they would be happy to correct the situation. So I came back, the owner and another employee confirm my card was charged twice, I showed my bank statements. The owner Stan tells me he will refund me and apologized. I left my contact information in case they needed to reach me. I get a call the next day stating they did not over charge me AND now would like ME...I come in and pay another $80.00 because according to them, "we only charged you once with our really good system that's never had issues. And since we refunded you, we're now out money and would like to be paid" what in the actual F*** is going on with this "business", if you choose to call it that. First off, nothing adds up. If they really didn't charge me twice A. My bank account wouldn't have double charges. B. Why would a company give a refund if there was no error to begin with. Yeahhh.. scammers!! I now have filed a better business bureau complaint for this faulty business that is attempt to steal my $80. And filing a dispute with my bank who CLEARLY shows two charges listed. I'll let them handle the pack of lies coming from this business. I still have not gotten a refund and I am currently out $160.00 for flea market quality travel mug and shirt.
