I live in Eastern Idaho My package was delivered to the wrong address, I mean wrong address, not even the correct street. My correct delivery address is on the package. So how they delivered it to the wrong address is beyond me. When I tried to call FedEx to get some help I was not pleased with their automated phone system. The first call allowed me to eventually get to a representative and get a support ticket started. I was told the driver would go pick up the package and deliver it to me. I was also told I would get a phone call from a person. I realize it was a Saturday. But I was told this by a real person. I still haven't received that phone call almost 20 hours later. I am glade my neighbors 2 miles away were smart enough to post on Facebook so I could go get my own package. Then I tried to call and let FedEx know I had my package, thanks to neighbors and myself. But now their automated phone system doesn't recognize my tracking number nor the support ticket number. It puts me in a three-minute loop of what is your tracking number, that number doesn't exist, what is your tracking number, I can't forward your call to a representative without a valid tracking number and around we go until the automated phone system hangs up on me. I am posting this because the item was a $700 item, delivered to the wrong address. If my neighbors would have been less than honest, I would be the one without my item. Because based on my experience FedEx doesn't care. FedEx please fix your automated phone system to be more user friendly. Also, if the delivery person can't find the correct address have them take it back to your delivery hub and have a different driver, more familiar with the area deliver it the next day. In a world of google maps there is no excuse for delivering to the wrong address. My correct address is on google maps. read more

First, I appreciated the phone call letting me know my order was ready. Second, even though the store was really busy, the clerks were all very polite and worked quickly and efficiently. I thought I'd have a long wait but they were able to help everyone in a friendly and efficient way. I think this is probably the best experience I've ever had in a copy center. Thank you! read more

Rudest manager ever!!!!!!!! I feel sorry for the rest that work there. I been to hundreds of fedex ship stores and never had an issue with shipping my paperwork back to the office. I was talking to the one helping me. And the manager jumped right into a rude assault over just not having a return address. I drive over the road and send in paperwork all the time. There's no return addresses to be. Any of the others understand this not this woman she must of been having a bad day or is just awful person. I said thank you to the one helping me and took my packet of paperwork and left. Maybe go back to the customers are always right LoL one star because at least the one was descent. read more

Worst shipping service ever!!!! Who leaves 800$ in tires on the sidewalk !!!! Packages smashed. Never rings the doorbell Left notes that somebody was home please ring doorbell nothing!!! Nothing just lazy no good delivery guy leaves 800$ in tires on the sidewalk. 30 feet from the front door. My ups guy tho. Is the shiznilton. I have NEVER taken to complaining about a business, but the service in this store in Pocatallo, ID was so fundamentally disgusting that I will never even consider your company again. I was never called when it was completed, but even that was't even an issue at the time. When I got to pick up my product, there were three pages that were completely illegible. Simply LOOKING at the page would have been a simple way to see that it was clearly not correct. Allie G had signed off on the product with a pink note showing she clearly had not so much as looked at the third page (incidentally, she also had signed the box indicating that she had called me, which she never did). The consultant then reprinted the product to be completed in yet another half hour (after first making sure that it wasn't my fault in the original file), but never so much as apologized for the error. In a level of profound condescension, he (Joseph N.) apologized for the "inconvenience." Not even a statement about your "quality control standards," which I realize now are nonexistent. Additionally, apparently your company doesn't even offer a coupon for the future or a discount at the time of service. Even McDonald's does that for a five minute delay! At the end, I spent over $50 for a product that is still not correct and was treated with horrible customer service. read more
