Scam! Appeared unsolicited at my mother's door, was rude & condescending when I would not allow him in, and when I asked him to leave literature or contact info he filled out a "DELIVERY NOTICE!" sticky note with the date on the "1st Attempt" line like a postal delivery and it only had a telephone number and his first name, no mention of the company name or what it's regarding.
