This has to be the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. When we got the policy…read moreeverything was great. We had Randy as our agent and he seemed to be very knowledgeable. We were never notified that he retired and was no longer there. They called and said they had to raise my deductible on my roof or I would need to replace it. I asked if it was going to lower my premium they stated yes. After a month or so I called to see where my refund was and how much it lowered my premium and they responded that they could not change the policy while the policy was in effect. They stated the policy would change at renewal. Not long after that I received another call that they would be canceling our policy. I started shopping around found another company. Actually their premiums were $900 less then page. To this date I am still getting phone calls asking if I have replaced my roof. I really don't think they are competent enough to know what they're doing.
