No one seemed to wanna helped or get involved in showing me how to order, after going on the app and only I couldn't find it. I called and still the lady didn't wanna help. So I go in and asked again, can u pls possibly show me how to get it or help me order it? She clearly didn't wanna help me so it's ok so I left. After a while I still had issues locating it, so I called again. First Lady didn't wanna bother, transford me to another lady in the back. She was so bad, she was condescending and being such a smart A, telling me pull up the website so I did. And what pulled up was somehow different from what she was seeing. She's talking down on me telling sir idk what you're but this is what I'm seeing, insensitive to what I'm viewing she just didn't care to see my point of view. I'm doing everything you're telling me mama but I'm not getting what you're getting, after a while of going no where I just hung up and decided to go elsewhere. Idk if I'll go back there. Not sure if it's even worth it anymore. To think I use to think they were the absolute best. Their customer service is really below par now that I think of it. Im trying to give you money and you are making this stressful. She never said Sorry or Thank U for your patience. The Pick UP, which was a different person... I picked up chair yesterday, went into the store and was told to go around back to pick up, what the rude guy didn't tell me was which door to pull my truck up to, I backed into their receiving door, he yelled you aren't supposed to be in this area.....really?? Maybe next time communication needs to be clear, and your staff needs some training on how to talk customers who spend money in your store. Allan is a great sales person, professional the whole time. This is automatic actually a very reasonable price for a lift chair. They generally run about $3000. Sales person, Eric, was very helpful and I also purchased an extended warranty. They delivered a week later and all their staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely purchase from them again.

I like the fact that they give their employees the day off on Sundays and they proudly have a patriotic theme at the store. I am very exasperated. My truck's plastic flatbed liner had some paint on it that I wanted to paint…read moreover. I went to two Sherwin-Williams stores with the specific purpose of buying a can of paint. They were determined not to sell me anything. First I drove to the store on Garners Ferry Rd. The only employee was a young girl, who told me that since this is for a truck, then I must go to a different automotive store that was miles away and unnecessary. I asked her to forget that this is for a truck. Please give me a can of whatever paint is capable of going on plastic and is all-weather. She could not tell me the type of paint I would need, but again told me the only paints that Sherwin-Williams sells that will meet my needs are at that other automotive branch. I left. Since another Sherwin-Williams store was nearby on Millwood Ave., I decided to try my luck with that store. I again found that the store was staffed only by one young girl. I told her I spilled some paint on my flatbed liner, and I needed an all-weather paint capable of going on plastic. She said she needed to call someone and ask. The person she called was that same girl at the first location, who told her that I must go to this automotive store. Of course, she could also not tell me as a customer the type of paint I needed for my project. So I came home. Sad that I will have to find my paint in the morning instead of having the paint on hand. I'll find the paint I need tomorrow, no help from Sherwin-Williams.

We were just in BoxDrop to get my boyfriends Momma a new bed while visiting her from Florida. She's…read morebeen in need of a new one for so long and we were so excited to find BoxDrop. Erin was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She greeted us immediately and asked the right questions about what we were looking for and budget. She saw Momma was disabled so we sat her at the front while we went to look at beds. Momma tried a few different beds before choosing and Erin was so nice about momma moving slow. We enjoyed conversation while finishing paperwork. We fully intend on traveling back to Lexington from Florida for our next bed!!
