Since they make custom mattress and the boat mattress was an usual shape, they couldn't give me a firm price but gave me a price range. They picked up the mattress, made the new mattress, and dropped it back off all within 2 weeks! And, the price came in at the low end of their price range! The mattress I bought was collapsing on one of the corners. I called them up and they found my account immediately. They said that they could fix it but they were extremely busy because students were coming back to college and they were filled with orders. However, Buddy told me if I could drop the mattress off and let him know in advance, they could probably get it finished by that afternoon. I let him know I would drop it off on a Friday morning and that they could keep it as long as they needed so they could fulfill the orders for new mattresses. My fiancé and I had another mattress we could use in the interim. We then also asked if they could add more padding while they were working on it. We knew that wouldn't be covered under the warranty but had no problem paying a fee to make that happen. I dropped the mattress off at 9am. They said it would would be ready between 3 & 4pm. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. They delivered as promised and the mattress looks as good as It did the day it was delivered! I can not say enough about how impressed we are with Best Mattress. This mattress is a queen size. We want a king by next year and will definitely be buying it from Best! They are the epitome of what customer service should be!!

I just didn't care for the store. Not set up like a furniture store should be. Just a big building with stuff placed inside. No decor to make it inviting...which makes you think hey, this place looks inexpensive...nope. Just as expensive as all the other furniture stores just uglier. I'm out.

I did browse for a few days before I finally purchased a lovely recliner! The showroom is a moderate size with quite a bit to choose from, you can do special orders if needed. The sales clerk wasn't pushy, she gave me all the deets and specials. I decided on a really nice comfy recliner, picked up the same day, so far Im happy with my purchase. They have been in business for a while, the staff all well trained and helpful. Yes I will buy from them again in the near future.

The prices seem reasonable probably cheaper than Chain stores. The delivery is outsourced 3rd party company. We purchased sofa here, financing available. Customer service was helpful, turnaround time for delivery was next day. I'm not sure the overall quality of sofa maker bc there isn't a name brand but seems well put together. Overall our purchase was good, delivery was faster than expected. Furniture durability remains a mystery for now. Since having owned a week or so now, the quality as far as comfort is great. The sectional will move on floor if a large person plops down. We have it half on rug and hardwood with no furniture pad. Probably wouldn't move so easily on full carpet.

I said considering the pricey mattress I picked out, can't they waive the $50 delivery fee? They said, with a wink, "we'll work something out", leading me to believe they were going to do what I asked. Not so! When they called to schedule the delivery they told my wife the delivery charge was $80! EIGHTY DOLLARS!!! Wait, it gets better. . . When I called to remind them of our verbal winky "see what we can do" understanding, I was told my wife was given the wrong delivery fee, it was actually $85. O M G. Cancelled the sale and told them where they could put that fee. They then said they will not refund my $500 deposit. That part I'm not worried about. Lucky they don't make the consumer protection laws.
