They even call when something she wants comes back in stock-- that's exceptional customer service and beyond the standards of what is required. Kenneth (the assistant manager) is notable to mention as I trust him to assist my mother when I'm not around; he is the golden standard for going above and beyond, setting the tone for the employees and empowering them to do the same!
