The ward staff were incredibly compassionate and caring. The recovery nurses were efficient and reassuring and the Nurse Specialists were fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable.. It eventually took them 1 month to make me an offer for the job. At the time of the offer, I was working in a different Hospital. I eventually signed the contract with the London Clinic and I was asked to resign from my current job at the time. After only one day from my resignation I was then contacted and told that the offer had been withdrawn and that the decision was made. From that moment everyone disappeared, no one answered my calls anymore. I found myself unemployed without any reason. I went to the office in order to understand how such a thing could happen. I was kept at the door. They didn't even let me see the person who took the decision. My all personal matter was shouted in the corridor in front of other people. Intimidate by two people , felt discriminated, extremely offended and literally kicked out. It really hurts seeing such a management. Passing from one day of constant calls and people pushing for me to start asap, to then being completely ignored. Do not work with this company. They go for the money, they only protect the client and there is no assurance at all for the employees. If you are about to sign with this company. Think twice before doing it.

The doctor I saw for my appointment was a very nice chap with a good sense of humour who made me feel at ease. I felt comfortable and in good hands from the moment I stepped into the clinic which is at the corner of Conway Crescent and Medway Drive. During their opening times there's a break from 1-2.30pm every day except Wednesday. The clinic is 8 min from South Greenford Station served by Great Western, 12 min from Perivale Station on the Central Line and just 1 min from the bus stop Medway Parade served by bus E5 and 3 min from the bus stop Welland Gardens served by bus 95.

She is totally out of depth, I don't think she is a good GP at all, and heard that so many of my neighbours experienced the same problem so they had to change. Hardly ever get an appointment within a week, they never called me back, the clinic lost my stool sample 3 times(!!!), they failed to recognise an illness and they never get back to me with results of X-ray or ultrasounds. Really glad l moved away from Perivale and don't need to face her or the incapable staff there. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!

St Mary's Paddington A&E had informed us that there was a 7 hour delay because it was a Bank Holiday. We decided to drive to Casualty First and we were very, very impressed with the level of treatment that he received. He was seen by a Registrar, who made an immediate appointment for him to have a scan at Central Middlesex Hospital and things got moving from there. Now it is our first port of call when we have a medical problem. No more waiting 6 weeks to see your GP and then waiting for a referral. Casualty First is the place to go first if you want tip top service with trained and knowledgeable medical staff. The reception staff were friendly and patient and it was so nice to be met with smiles, not bored scowls.

No flexibility, no effort to accommodate, just "try again tomorrow" as if people's lives revolve around this system. Honestly, it's impressive how something so essential can be run so poorly. After losing someone close to me, I knew I needed help with my grief. Dr. Ellacott understood right away and set up a meeting with Social Prescriber Miss Amy the same day. From the moment I arrived, the front desk team made me feel welcome and looked after. Miss Amy was excellent - professional but also genuinely warm and caring. She gave me practical help and arranged referrals to specialist support. The clinical pharmacist was also very supportive and took time to explain everything clearly. What really impressed me was the follow-up - they've scheduled appointments to check how I'm doing, which shows they genuinely care about my wellbeing beyond that first visit. But if you still want to, by all means read on. The physicians are concerned for you yet hurried and therefore get you in and out of the office in ten minutes. They strike an unusual and slightly unnerving balance between making you feel as if you're just another blip on the radar of the appointment day and as if you're a real person with potentially real medical problems. The front-office staff work efficiently. Since the office is in a primarily student-populated area, the waiting room is full of pamphlets that run the gamut from warnings against chlamydia (you whore) to instructions on how to cook healthily for yourself to stave off the obesity epidemic (booga booga). It's also full of students and the odd pensioner. Conveniently, the office runs walk-in clinics every day for those people who seem to be personally opposed to setting doctor's appointments. Although, if this applies to you, be prepared to wait for a long time. And then to use the toilet during your wait because of the four cups of coffee you had before arriving. And then promptly cut the flesh of your hand open and rip your fingernail off on the toilet lock because it's fidgety and gets stuck while you're trying to lock it whilst fidgeting yourself. And then need to book yourself in to go see the nurse on top of seeing the doctor to get your wound cleaned and bandaged. This is all hypothetical, of course. I can't say I've ever got a same-day appointment like another reviewer, but the option of going to the walk-in clinic is always there. The nurse also conducts walk-in clinic hours for the prescription of contraceptives and the performance of smear tests. But of course the one time I went specifically to get my cervix swabbed she was too busy and made me set an appointment for the following week. I'm not gonna lie; I was pretty pissed about that. Not only did I reserve time in my day to make a special trip to get my vagina probed, but I was turned away-- My vagina, rebuffed; its pride, wounded.

I have needed them twice and they have been efficient and helpful. The appointments seem to be more or less on time. I rarely waited more than 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment. You have to book in advance but they do give you an option to be seen on the day if urgent. I actually find the level of service at this surgery to be quite good.

I have been recommended to Harley Street Health Centre by one of my colleagues. So I booked an appointment with Dr Abood. The consult lasted an hour, and included a chat about my symptoms, when they occur, ear & nose check, blood pressure and also had blood taken. Personally, even though I am in my mid 30's,I am really scarred of the needle, but the nurse was amazing. She distracted me by keeping my mind busy chatting, while she was drawing blood. Offered me water & advised to wait for couple of minutes before I leave. The whole experience was 5*. No rushing or looking at you like you are crazy because your palms & sole is itching at night, weirdly enough. So the next day I got my results. It was not as bad as I thought. Iron & Vitamin D deficiency. Something that can be fixed easily. So glad I went to the clinic, as my nose bleeds and itchyness have been haunting me for years. I am now taking my supplements & feeling much better. Will have another blood test done probably in 3-4 months.
