Showed up for my 8:00 appt Friday to have racing stripes and rocker panel decals installed on my Mustang...a $335 (labor only) job. I was told they'd "get it going right away". Then took a $20 uber home. At 9:35 [an hour and a half after drop-off] I got a call from "Brian" who told me they wouldn't do the job because the decals that I brought in are "old technology". This btw was the SAME guy who took my appt, and a DIFFERENT guy than the one who accepted my car. Took a $20 uber back and only the receptionist spoke to me, and just to issue me a refund of my $169 deposit. ZERO APOLOGIES from anyone for not being able to do the work and wasting my time. WHY DIDN'T AN INSTALLER LOOK AT THE DECALS I BROUGHT IN WHEN I FIRST CAME TO DROP IT OFF!? Not mad that they didn't want the job...but super pissed it was denied after being there for 90 minutes! Wasted 3 hours of my time, a 30 mile roundtrip drive for me, and $40 in uber rides b/c of them. Went to get into my car to leave and they left the decals strewn atop my passenger seat. I love this place! I was given superb service the moment I reached out and asked if they could make an order happen quickly. And they did just that! I was able to send them everything I needed via email and get the order placed. They were in constant contact with me to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted, which were several 12 inch vinyl decals. Dropped off my van on a friday and was promised a delivery date of Tuesday. Never got a call back to be updated that the van would not be ready as promised. I'm a small business owner and my work van is an essential tool needed to perform my work. Now I'm having to call back clients making me look unprofessional and unreliable. I am still in the process of getting my trailer wrapped. Anothony was my design guy and he was very responsive and did exactly want I wanted. If this review was just based on my experience with him it would of been 5 stars. But sad to say someone dropped the ball after I was handing off. I was ask to drop of my trailer on Monday. I was told it would be a roughly a 3 day turn around time. Which I was ok with since I was able to reschedule clients to accommodate. Today is now Thursday and I didn't not hear back from anyone. So I called in to figure out what is the status. I was told they have not started the wrapping yet and the delay was due to 2 small 6 inch stickers that were still on the trailer and the company had to get approval before moving forward. 1 no one ever reached out Monday or any other day. 2 The driver was told the day he dropped off the trailer the stickers were going to be removed for a fee. I am just confused if the company knew they needed to do this and got approval from the driver why am I now out a trailer for 4 going on 5 days. It's extremely frustrating that the communication processes broke down. Now I am missing appointments and having to discount my service to accommodate for the 2nd rescheduling for my clients. Hopefully I will get my 6x4 trailer back by the end of the week?? read more

Our art department took a long time but as soon as I got the art works over to Gatorwraps, I had appointment the following week. The installer did a very professional, meticulous job. I was very disappointed when they would not honor their "10% off, Yelp check in offer". Stating that "I had already received a repeat customer discount in my quote". There are literally hundreds of other vinyl wrap companies in the area, but Gatorwraps seems to think that they're the only game in town. Attention new customers!!! I went to gator wraps as a new customer wanting to wrap my van with my company logo and trade details. My 2015 express van was going to be $3,800 for a full wrap. They asked for 50% down and I paid it right away. I asked the manager how long will it take and I knew it depends on how long I take to approve my design. Well I got all the Information the designer needed within 3-4 days and he got it started. I followed up with him on email after the second week to find out when I'll get my design so I can see it, I got not answer, I left him a message and no call back either. I finally got a email saying sorry for the delay and he'll have a proof that week which he didn't. I waited another 2 weeks and left another message asking if he needed anything that's keeping him from doing a design and no call back till I decided to email the manger after I waited a week. I asked the manager to cancel my wrap because of what's going on and I was going on vacation and I wanted it done while I was on vacation so I don't have to lose my van for a week. The manger never called me or emailed me about anything and I waited 3 days and still no call or email. I finically called and asked the person that was the only helpful person I felt with that I sent the manager a request to cancel and she look into it and said it's canceled and that I'll get my refund on Friday since they do their refunds on Fridays only, I said ok that's fine with me I was just making sure they got my cancelation. I called on the following Tuesday and asked the same person that I haven't received anything, she looked into it and said the manager didn't submit it so I'll have to wait for Friday again, I always responded calm and telling her thank you since she's the only one helping. I finally spoke to a Corporate manger and finally after about a month I got my $1,900 back. It amazes me how no one asked why I was canceling and apologized for the delay or anything. Gatorwraps is a big company and they should be more professional than what they are. I wasn't expecting a discount I was just surprised that they acted like they didn't care at all about a customer. So for the new customers be careful they are expensive from other competitors especially if they don't care about you. I got my van wrap for $1,000 cheaper than them and it's a great design and great work. read more

My first experience with Gatorwraps was pretty much a disaster - delay after delay, crappy installation, splotchy color, a lot of visible patches, and a wrap that was beginning to peel away after less than a year... Compared to my competitors' vehicles, mine was an embarrassment. After my Yelp review in December, Rod and his team stepped up and helped me. I hated to be the "squeaky wheel" but they really did come through. My new wrap looks amazing and I'm no longer embarrassed to drive my car to customers' homes. It also helps that they found a really good local installer this time around (Signs By Tomorrow). 4 stars (instead of 5) due to a couple of minor glitches but, all in all, I'm very satisfied. Came to get my wrap done here at Gator Wraps because the wrap I previously got was an orange and they couldn't get me a red color for whatever reason. Brian took care of me from start to finish. He explained the process thoroughly and was in no rush to make the sale. Which was the reason I chose Gator Wraps to do my vehicle. They wrapped my utility bed work truck and the wrap was peeling off right away. Not too mention the fading it only lasted about a year. This wrap was more than $2000.00 and should have been done right. The design didn't allow for them to open doors and wrap the cuts behind to keep them on properly. Get guarantees in writing on the warranty and how long their wrap material and ink is covered for. read more

I WILL NEVER REFER OR USE GATOR WRAPS AGAIN! I took my 2010 Ford Flex in for a full wrap for my business. Overall it was done ok. Now the negatives; I spent $2,700 and was promised my front 2 windows to be tinted. When I picked up, the tint wasnt done. Gator put their logos on it without permission even after charging me full price. A lot of small things i noticed with the wrap peeling off around rear bumper area, air bubbles in some areas, and my drivers side door lock was broke. After bringing it up, they scheduled me an appointment to repair wrap areas, door lock, and tint on 7/21. I live in Adelanto so it is a little drive for me. On morning of my appointment, the receptionist informed me that the tint guy didnt work on Mondays. So why would they schedule me for Monday then? Their reason, they were figuring out tint schedule when they scheduled my appointment. What a joke. After leaving my Flex there from 8am-5pm they managed to fix only the left side of bumper. Not the air bubbles, the right side of bumper, and still left their logo on the passenger side. I did a thourough inspection with Raul and was told they would fix everything I pointed out. I WILL NEVER USE NOR REFER GATOR WRAPS to anyone that asks where i had mine done at. If you do go through them, make sure you get everything in writing and stay in contact with them through the whole process. They did a simple skin to top part of our company van. The edges were hacked and peeling up on one side - like a 3-year old got hold of some scissors. I called and they said to bring it back in, which I did. Two-hour round trip. They fixed it, but not one person explained, apologized or even offered a drink of water. Great service from the start. I had my company decals installed and they look perfect. On a side note, I noticed a small tear on my drivers seat the next morning. Looked like from a tool or knife might have been left in back pocket by accident while tech drove truck around either in or out of the shop. I called and was asked to bring truck in next day. I was met by the owner Rod who as expected, was very professional. I obviously couldn't prove anything but I know the tear was not there before hand.
