We have never not received our full deposit. After moving out we returned to put out the trash bins and they still said we left trash. While trying to buy a house we asked to rent on a short term. I pay lots the same way: gas, electric, township water/sewer/trash pick-up for example. None charge extra for that. Next they'll be charging extra for gas when they have to run an errand or a charge for every phone call (a phone maintenance charge). This is a worthless outfit and deserves to be just a bad memory.
