After making our choice, Siong came to take the actual measurements, using both technology and tape measure for complete accuracy. We were given a very reasonable quote based on what we needed, and it was actually less than what we had thought it would be. We had our new counter tops installed in a very timely manner and they totally fit perfect! The whole process, from initial visit to install took only 10 days, and only took that long because we went on a 6 day cruise during that time, so they had to wait for us to return. When we stumbled across this business they said they provide the stone and do the installation. We thought we well might as well use them because it would simplify the process. We were very wrong. We are left with dry wall issues and holes in the floor around the fireplace base. They said these things are not in their scope. So now we still need to hire our handyman to clean up the projects and we didn't budget for that. We had many discussions before signing the contract with our sales person, Roman, and Alex that came to our house to take measurements. They deny those conversations happened. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing and don't trust at all that they care about their quality of work. I will say the stone is beautiful but they shouldn't offer to install it without being very clear about the end result. We honestly wouldn't have used them so I think that is point of not clearly communicating. We also have no idea if the 25 year sealer we purchased was applied. It was very pricey.
