The lady (with zero personality) waiting on my daughter in law told her that she would have to get the racket restrung and pay for the stringing. The strings came loose because the knots were not holding. It is unfortunate that what could be a good shop has such lousy customer service and they don't stand behind their work. When confronting them, all that is said is that they can only do so much during the busy season. The busy season is the busy season and they should be staffed and prepared for it.
