I decided to check out this Dunham's location to see what kind of bowling equipment they might have. Upon entering the store, you feel sort of overwhelmed and that feeling doesn't go away anytime soon. It's like there was no thought to the layout of the interior and it's merchandise. I really think they crammed way too much stock into the floor space they had available when the store was built. I asked one of the store workers where the bowling equipment was at, and he told me it's over by the fishing gear. So after looking around the store for 15 minutes, I asked another worker where the bowling section was, and she told me that they don't carry bowling equipment in their store, but if I wanted to checkout the Web site, I could find what I wanted online. Apparently, the workers have no idea what they have inside their own store when it comes to merchandise. Now if your looking for a great deal on University of Michigan swag and shirts they have it. Sadly, there's a small Michigan State athletic wear section just behind it. In all honesty the prices aren't bad at all. With that being said, they had only one cashier on duty, and several people standing in line. Customer service is clearly a low priority at this store location.

All questions were answered with one syllable words. Finally, with the lack of information, I was still able to choose two pairs of shoes. When the young man came back with the shoes, he dropped both pairs on my seven-year-old grandson's lap and walked away. The lack of customer service and consideration was mind-boggling. We're from California and I've been to many Dick's Sporting Goods, but never have I had the rudeness and disrespect that I experienced at this store. On top of that they had very few choices of soccer shoes for young male children. Needless to say, I won't be back to that location.

I had a great Experience at Sun and Snow Ann Arbor as usual!…read more In a season where 90% of skiing/snowboarding equipment is sold out in Michigan --- My 5 year old daughter decided she wanted to snowboard instead of ski a week before our Boyne trip which left me scrambling . I called Sun and Snow and Conner took the time to rummage all through the inventory to see what he could find before I made the 45 minute drive there. He ended up finding a board a little bigger then what I thought I was looking for but he was extreme knowledgeable and assured me the board was a good size for her (after providing her height and weight)He was also able to recommend the best type of binding for a beginner snowboarder (something I knew nothing about) We drove there and spent maybe 30 minutes total in the store!! He had everything set aside for me . We made sure everything fit and he was able to get the bindings on and adjustment made pretty quickly! Connor was friendly , knowledgeable and great talking with my four kids as we waited. Sun and snow saved the day and we had a great ski trip!

On a whim I went here because it's near Plum Market, and why not? Mission accomplished! I found the ideal hat for only $25, and the selection is also impressive.
