Aaron walked us through all of the steps and proposed several different lending programs to best fit our needs. I was surprised to learn that we had so many options at our disposal. Aaron also monitored the daily rates for us and gave me a call whenever he saw a decline in the rates! As all smart homebuyers should, I compared rates, PMI premiums, and the programs offered of several different lenders and brokers.
