He ran a series of tests because if I were to get a procedure, he wanted to knock out all the issues at once. This included an allergy test, a scan to look at my sinuses and checked for deviated septum. The surgery ended up being for deviated septum and trimming down my turbinates. The surgical team and office staff gave me amazing instructions and were super nice. While the stints were annoying, I had very little IF any pain. Healing was a breeze. My post surgery check ups were with Tammie and she ensured I was doing everything right for fast healing. I don't remember the last time I could breathe this amazing and it makes being more active so easy now that I can breathe properly. If I had anything happen where I needed surgery again, 100% would do this again with this team.

The receptionist asked which clinic I would like to be transferred to. I told her I wasn't sure, as I wasn't a patient yet and just needed to know first if my insurance was accepted. I had no idea by the listing that this was a multi site facility. She barked back, "Well, I have 10 clinics and I need to know which one you want to be transferred to," and proceeded to rapidly rattle off locations - I couldn't understand her or get a word in edgewise. I asked her to "HANG ON!" no less than 5 times - just so I could take the phone away from my ear and look at the address for the location I thought I was calling. She was extremely hostile. At that point I said "You know what? Forget it. Your phone etiquette..." click! She hung up on me! I called back. The phone rang 9 times before she answered. She rattled off her intro and I said "I just want to know your NAME." She said "Excuse me?" I said "Your name. What is your name?" She replied "Brenda at the switchboard." Whoever manages "Brenda at the switchboard" should know she SHOULD NOT be the first point of contact for these office(s). Her phone manner is rude and condescending. I'm sick. I'm looking for a doctor. And my encounter with "Brenda on the switchboard" was not what I needed, but enough for me to look for a different clinic. If this is how an initial phone call is handled, I'm afraid to let anyone there touch me!

My husband had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction from this provider yesterday. Dr. Morgan did…read morehis surgery. Long story short, my husband was in the ER last night after this surgery and we have received NOTHING from this doctor, not even a prescription sent yet! To start, no prescription for painkillers was sent until 2 hours after the surgery was completed (and I had to call to get this taken care of). We waited over 4 hours after the surgery to get his painkillers as the pharmacy was backed up. We found my husband was completely unresponsive to the painkillers prescribed--he was screaming and crying in pain (he had a tonsillectomy as an adult and said this was 10x the pain). The Dr. office was unreachable and there was no information sent home with us about an after-hours nurseline. I took my husband to the ER due to lack of options and the ER was able to help his pain management. Finally someone! We still have not received any communication from Dr. Morgan and he still has yet to send over the prescription we asked for at 8:50 AM this morning. It is very frustrating to rely on help from the ER for excruciating pain management instead of the doctor's office that performed the surgery. Seeing my husband suffer has been horrible. Please fix your procedures around after care for surgery patients!!!

I first went there after seccessive severe sinus/lung infections that were not responding to the usual treatment. The first MD I saw was Dr. Choo, who started a treatment that was successful. He also tested me as have his successors for other agents that may contribute to my illnesses and treated me quickly and followed up with me to assure the treatments were working. I am a RN who is now retired and very particular about choosing a competent doctor and practice for my care.

My allergies are so bad that it causes me to experience vertigo at times. I was misdiagnosed for several years in Houston and finally saw an ENT doctor in California that diagnosed the vertigo as stemming from allergies. Although I have to take allergy pills year round, I don't get vertigo. Long story short, I ran out of allergy pills and came as a new patient to this office. The doctor automatically assumed that the California doctor was wrong because he had never heard of allergies giving you vertigo before and glossed over the fact that I didn't have vertigo issues so long as I took allergy pills. He insisted the vertigo was likely caused by something else because it's rare for vertigo to be caused by allergies. I challenged his "instant" assessment and the remainder of the visit didn't go well. Is close minded assessment and inability and refusal to think outside the box and took consider all options is why medicine does not advance very easily. All of those folks who found breakthroughs and discovered cures did so because they were willing to listen to their patients and actually explore and consider the unknown. Save your time and money with this practice and move on to someone that's willing to listen to your concerns and actually work to find a solution.

Had an appt today for my 12 yr old son at 3:15. I confirmed the appt, filled out all paperwork…read moreprior to visit & checked in via text prompt and hour before.....only to wait 55 mins and never get seen. (My son had practice, so we had to leave) It's so infuriating how doctors prioritize their time over paying customers. I get that appts can run behind schedule, but a courtesy call that they are running late isn't too much to ask. My husband and I both took off work to juggle school pickups & my son missed 2 class periods, only to have our time wasted. Super frustrating. And honestly, inexcusable. We've rescheduled his appt with a different office for next week. Hopefully they'll be more considerate of their customer's time and the effort it takes to make these appointments.

Unlike physicians that I've had in the past, they will take the time to answer all questions and come up with a plan for a healthier you. I was referred to Dr Brinkley by another physician because of her ability to listen to me, read my…read moremedical records and not jump the gun and run me thru a million tests that have already been done for another issue that I see a hematologist for. I called to book an appointment. Lisa answered the phone, said they wouldn't have any appointments till the end of July. I said "hold on let me tell you my symptoms", told her my symptoms and that "I also had spoke to the doctor on call the night before and she said to call first thing in the morning to get in". Lisa did not care. In a chipper condescending tone, she replied well if you can't wait for an appointment then go to the emergency room or find another doctor. This was said & done with out speaking to the doctors in the office. It's sad when staff run a business like this.
