He ran a series of tests because if I were to get a procedure, he wanted to knock out all the issues at once. This included an allergy test, a scan to look at my sinuses and checked for deviated septum. The surgery ended up being for deviated septum and trimming down my turbinates. The surgical team and office staff gave me amazing instructions and were super nice. While the stints were annoying, I had very little IF any pain. Healing was a breeze. My post surgery check ups were with Tammie and she ensured I was doing everything right for fast healing. I don't remember the last time I could breathe this amazing and it makes being more active so easy now that I can breathe properly. If I had anything happen where I needed surgery again, 100% would do this again with this team.

(My son had practice, so we had to leave) It's so infuriating how doctors prioritize their time over paying customers. I get that appts can run behind schedule, but a courtesy call that they are running late isn't too much to ask. My husband and I both took off work to juggle school pickups & my son missed 2 class periods, only to have our time wasted. Super frustrating. And honestly, inexcusable. We've rescheduled his appt with a different office for next week. Hopefully they'll be more considerate of their customer's time and the effort it takes to make these appointments.

I just returned from the waiting room of Texas ENT in Vintage. What a waste of time. I am not a…read morenew patient, my appointment was at 2:45 PM, I showed up 7 min early, there was one person in the lobby. Watched people coming in, called in and left for 45 minutes. When I inquired about how much longer, the confused receptionist waited for her trainer to answer, the trainer said there are 2 patients ahead on me. So after 45 minutes wait and only 3 patients in lobby (including me) how is that possible? The worst part is that the trainer didn't seem to care and the receptionist had no clue. I will be looking for a new physician who can manage their time better. If they can't manage their time how can they manage their patients!

They had their own parking lot which wasn't crowded because I hate waiting for parking. When I walked in it wasn't too busy in the reception area. There is Fox News which was on the television (I'll do my best not to pass judgement there lol). The receptionist were friendly and helpful. After I sat down...I waited about 5 minutes. Afterwards, the nurse weighed me on the scale and took my blood pressure and temperature. I waited about another 10-15 min in the room for the doctor to do her thing. At first she kind of threw me off when she entered the room due to the fact that she practically rushed into my room. Like she was in a hurry. She kind of mad when she cut me off when I wasn't finished telling her what my issue was. I wanted her to realize she was talking to a person and remember her bedside manner. Especially considering I am going to be a physician and having other physicians work for me. Eventually that wall came down and her tone became more gentle. It improved to the point where I scheduled another appointment. I will return. Overall decent experience. Their walls are really thin and you can hear everyone's person business through these walls which is a big no no. I absolutely hate that.

Which they earned believe me... they are the MODEL of customer service. So, when I looked up Cy-Fair Medical Partners and noticed they had abysmal reviews... I was worried. They are just around the corner from my house however. That combined with the fact that Next care referred them convinced me to give them a chance. I am so glad I did! This is a convenient one stop shop offering primary care, gyno, and even draw blood on location. Wait Time: Pretty standard. Not too long, but not as fast as Next Care. Receptionists: Pleasant Medical Assistant: ***Shining Star!! I LOVE Melissa. She was so kind, and friendly. Nurse Practitioner: Gwen, very nice. Enjoys educating her clients and uses this pretty cool screen to show you whats going on in your body. Phlebotomist: I have to rave about Rudy!!! OH MY GOD... most phlebotomists poke around in my arm like they're excavating for the Lost Ark. Luckily, I'm not squeamish about that, but I don't appreciate the bruising that comes with their ineptitude. RUDY however, literally sank it in once, and it was done! FIRST SHOT!! *get it??? hahaha.... The paper gown they give you is a JOKE... I refused to wear it. Its a paper shirt and a tiny paper blanket. I felt highly vulnerable in it. This was the only negative mark. But not enough certainly to reduce their score. All in all, they earned top marks from me, and will be my new providers in Houston.

It took an hour and 10 minutes after to see the doctor. Dr. Douglis wanted to have a CT scan done on a 14 year old without life threatening injuries. This caused alarm in us because of the radiation concerns. Dr. Douglis's response was to google it again... Our concerns are valid and he certainly could have handled it in a much more professional way. The reality is NIH research shows that CT scans have added about 103,000 future cancer patients. "Using the UCSF registry data on individual CT exams and RadRAT, the team estimated that CT use in 2023 could result in almost 103,000 future cancers. If current practices continue, CT scan use might eventually account for about 5% of all new cancer diagnoses in the U.S. per year." https://www.nih.gov/news-events/nih-research-matters/radiation-ct-scans-cancer-risks On top of all of this, the office smelled, and was generally dirty. Long story short, my husband was in the ER last night after this surgery and we have received NOTHING from this doctor, not even a prescription sent yet! To start, no prescription for painkillers was sent until 2 hours after the surgery was completed (and I had to call to get this taken care of). We waited over 4 hours after the surgery to get his painkillers as the pharmacy was backed up. We found my husband was completely unresponsive to the painkillers prescribed--he was screaming and crying in pain (he had a tonsillectomy as an adult and said this was 10x the pain). The Dr. office was unreachable and there was no information sent home with us about an after-hours nurseline. I took my husband to the ER due to lack of options and the ER was able to help his pain management. Finally someone! We still have not received any communication from Dr. Morgan and he still has yet to send over the prescription we asked for at 8:50 AM this morning. It is very frustrating to rely on help from the ER for excruciating pain management instead of the doctor's office that performed the surgery. Seeing my husband suffer has been horrible. Please fix your procedures around after care for surgery patients!!!

I'll go back for basic needs but with lowered expectations. Clearly a patient has to 'drive' the level of communication here.
