They said 15-20 minutes, so I drove through the drive through at about 17 minutes and it was hot, and ready, as they advised. The pizza, both halves, were phenomenal. Good cheese, good toppings, and the crust is crunchy and delicious. The bacon on the balsamic chicken side is actually super good bacon. smoky and meaty, and really added to the overall experience of that half, The ranch, I was told, is home made, and definitely tastes like it. The guy at the window was pretty excited about getting it to us, and I totally get it. If my ranch was this good, I'd be excited to get it to people, too. I will definitely be coming back.

The taco shell was very crunchy and delicious, and I thought the rolled up cone was a great way to serve (and eat) it. After taking a few bites with a fork, I ended up just taking bites around the edges of the shell, which worked pretty well. The meat was seasoned nicely and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The gentlemen in the truck were incredibly friendly and the service was fast and efficient. I'm not normally a food truck guy, but I would definitely eat from this one again.
