We came on a Saturday night and we were seated right away. Ordered my noodles :) and also a cold cucumber salad (the dressing btw is amazing, if it was appropriate I would have drank that dressing.) It's impressive that biang biang noodles have made their way to OKC! The most important part of the food, the chewy texture of the noodles, was definitely there, and the service and ambiance were lively and welcoming. I only wish there was a bit more flavor in the traditional noodles I ordered - but maybe the other bowls are better, I'd definitely give them a chance! I cannot believe I haven't been here before. What the heck is wrong with me? (There's a lot, but this is about Big Biang.) LOL I went on Sunday, 4/19/26, to meet a friend with it being both of our first time trying. I got there a bit before my friend so I ordered a beverage. I ordered their "Dream Theory" drink which tasted like an orange dreamsicle. SOOO GOOD!! I chatted with the staff and other patrons and was brought up to speed on the menu. My friend arrived and she ordered the lemon drop martini, which is another banger. So stinkin good!!! We both ordered the traditional noodles, me with shrimp and a garlic chili bomb and she with chicken & no bombs. We also ordered the jalapeño chicken & cheese eggrolls. Our server brought her a sweet sauce because I mentioned she didn't handle spice well. Let me say, EVERYTHING and I do mean EVERYTHING was delicious!!! Brick and mortar location for a food truck. It's in a super busy area and they don't have a specific parking lot, so be sure to go early to look for street parking. They're really known for their hand pulled noodles which were good, but I personally preferred the appetizers over the noodles. This is my first time going here and I enjoyed it. I got the garlic noods with extra fried garlic and braised beef. I really enjoyed the noodles! It was really flavorful. I also got Thai tea and they made a fresh batch for us which I believe made it taste way better. This waiter ended up giving it to us for free since we had to wait so long for it to cool down before we could get a cup. I thought that was super sweet! My friend and I also got the Thai tea cheesecake tiramisu which was divine! Overall, the places really nice, they have games for kids to play, which I thought was cool. I went on a Friday night. They were kind of busy, but it wasn't horrible. We had bad timing I think because some kids that were there when we went ended up breaking a glass while they were playing with some of the board games. Definitely not a chill place to go to eat, more of a lively place. I will say, though that the online reservation system confused me because I booked a table for three on the OpenTable app, but when I arrived the hostess looked like he had no idea what I was talking about. Ate lunch here today on a Saturday with a group of five friends - my first time - I had the Garlic Noods and a Thai Iced Tea. The noodles were delicious and I took the leftovers home in a box the restaurant provided. My friend had the Chipotle Garlic Shrimp, which looked delicious. The texture was a yummy chewy bouncy noodle that you want to savor and enjoy! I really love thick noodles and these did not disappoint! Although the price is kind of expensive, I really enjoyed my lunch! My boyfriend got the traditional noodles and added chicken to his and it was delicious too. I'd say the flavor on his was better, but more spicy. Something that would make the cumin braised beef bowl better is if they took all that meat and chopped it up in a little pieces. It was kinda hard to eat a bite of it with the noodles without stabbing it with a fork and biting it off with my teeth first. The service is pretty slow and the prices are high. I guess that can be interpreted as a good thing as far as their popularity, but the place is also tiny and seems ill-equipped to handle said amount of people. The appetizers were very tasty, but the main dishes were kind of disappointing for all 3 of my party members. The noodles look phenomenal, but they're a bit bland and underwhelming. They were busy and understaffed, which isn't their fault at all. They were friendly the whole time during our visit and gave us good recommendations. The drinks were cute too! I've been wanting to go to this place ever since they opened a restaurant because I had their steak noodles during the arts festival one year and LOVED it. Sadly, I feel very disappointed. I had high expectations and they unfortunately were not met. First the menu was VERY limited. 3 noodle options, and none were the steak noodle that I remembered. We ordered the spicy chicken curry noodle and the cumin braised beef noodle. The spicy chicken curry noodle had WAY too many vegetables, although it was very flavorful. The veggies overpowered the beauty of the noodles in my opinion. It had a sweet, savory, Thai-like flavor which we enjoyed. The meat in the cumin braised beef was TOO DRY. I felt like I was eating sandpaper when I had any piece of meat that didn't have fat on it. The noodles didn't quite absorb the flavor of the broth so it just tasted bland. Our only positive for this dish is the broth: spectacularly flavored, spiced, and tangy. We would order again just for the broth, but the meat and noodles were a disappointment. The last thing we got was the kids cheese wontons (don't ask me, my husband is obsessed with crab Rangoon/cheese wontons lol) and we have to say, this was probably our favorite part of the meal. The wontons were perfectly crispy and the filling wasn't overpowering or overwhelming. We loved it. The braised beef bowl and spicy curry noodle dish were delicious and packed with flavor. But I do find it strange that the broth for the braised beef was lukewarm and there wasn't a ton of broth. Maybe the dish was supposed to be like that? And there wasn't a lot of meat and some pieces were fatty. Also, a new dish I may have gotten the first time was the fried tofu - it also had a nice sesame flavor. One suggestion that might drive more business is to serve Asian drinks like Apple Sidra, Sarsparilla, those Orange Chinese drinks, that red herbal one, Ramune, etc.; I think the fact that they only have fountain drinks may be a limiting factor - also if they serve drinks that no-one else does (like Apple Sidra or Sarsprilla, the Taiwanese ones) that could be a huge draw! I got the beef noodle bowl. The noodles were awesome, the broth had good flavor but the beef was so bone dry you could barely taste what you were eating. I ordered add-on bok choy and they put 3 baby bok choy leaves in there. I ordered the thai tea tiramisu which was a great idea but very poirly executed. The cream seemed mire like cream cheese than marscapone, the tartness of which obscured any thai tea flavor, there was barely any thai tea in the lady fingers, the cream was way to sweet, the caramel had no business being on that dessert and the ratio of cream to ladyfingers was almost entirely cream. It was barely edible unfortunately. I have faith they can make some improvements. read more

Y'all, these are typically the BEST noodles you will ever stuff your face with. They are long and thick and chewy with tons of flavor. BUT on Saturday night we went to their brick and mortar and I have got to say, I was NOT impressed. First, the host, Hunter. Was LESS than hospitable. It was NOT a busy night so there was no reason to act this way. I was the only one ordering and it was a to-go order. As nice and courteous as I tried to be, he wasn't having it, he wouldn't even crack a smile. He handed us a menu and left. He barely talked to us and when he did it was short and not sweet. I had to hunt him down to give him my order because he was more interested in hanging out with the workers in the back. When our to-go order was ready he plopped in my hands and walked away. He dropped our receipt off on the table without a word and picked it up with the same amount of "F's to give". Even my son and daughter made a comment about him not being very nice and they are usually oblivious to those kinds of things. I paid $20 for way less noodles than the customers sitting to eat. And OH MY GOODNESS. The amount of chili oil and crisp that was on my noodles was disgusting! Don't get me wrong, I love chili crisp but it's like the crisp settled in the container and they didn't bother stirring it. I have had these before from their food truck and they were so amazing (I even got them before with extra chili) but these, I scooped about 3 TBSP of oil out of my noodles before I even decided to take a picture. I also consumed quite a bit and (TMI) it left me running for the toilet soon after finishing. And just to add insult to injury. It is a whopping $6.5 up charge for the steak. I got approx 2.5 oz of steak. That is $42/ a LB for this steak!!! This was not filet mignon. I'm pretty sure it's flat iron judging by other pictures. I have noticed that people sitting down get WAY more food than others. It's just awful business practice and they should be ashamed. And someone please fire Hunter and find someone that actually cares about people and the company they are representing. read more

All the food was pretty tasty! The chicken was a little spicy for me, but others seemed to enjoy them.
