We received assistance from an extremely knowledgeable staff member, Vanessa, who guided us on what we should be asking for. She explained in detail when to take certain supplements and how to use them effectively. Without a doubt, Nutrition World has knowledgeable staff. The store maintains high standards for its products, including testing for contaminants. They also have a team of professionals, such as a clinical pharmacist, a physician assistant, and a registered dietitian, who are available to provide health guidance and consultations. As if I was going to take something without paying. I went to the dried herb section and was browsing. I knew what I needed but also wanted to see what was in stock. I went to open a jar to smell its fragrance. I was told customers are not to handle the jars, and stick there noses inside. The tone and way she addressed me, I felt like a child being scolded by their parent. After getting my herbs. I wanted to get some aromatic oils, and what they had in testers they were out in stock. Then when I went to see what oils they had for human consumption, she was right under my nose. This was way beyond catering to a customer.
