Coming from the Jersey/NYC area, I have high standards for pizza, especially the mom and pop variety and this spot definitely delivered especially in an area known for not great pizza options. We've been 2x in less than a week and gotten the cheese pizza and dessert of personal size tiramisu and cheesecake! Everything tastes fresh and well made. The space is actually great for quick dining in or even outside there's some small cafe tables! This is definitely a gem and we will become regulars! The food arrived and there was zero contact from any of the team there. Dropped off pizza and had a conversation with each other. This could have been a better experience if they showed a bit of attention to the patrons, but I guess not. Also, when you pay for your order, there is also an area for a tip, you didn't get anything from this purchase aside from a receipt. At 7:40 I called to ask where my pizza was and got " we only have one driver, order times from other website are not accurate". But I ordered from YOUR WEBSITE! After I fed my 89 year old diabetic Dad leftovers at 7:45 I called again and cancelled my order and requested a refund. 10 minutes later the driver tried to deliver my order...50 minutes late(twice the quoted delivery time from THEIR WEBSITE!) I was in the area for a hair appointment and heard this was the place for pizza so we stopped in. It was about 8:05 pm when we arrived and we ordered by 8:20, they close at 9. We ordered two pizzas pepperoni ...one thin and one Sicilian. We also ordered the lasagna but they were sold out so we did stuffed shells. I never knew the Sicilian was so thick so it's definitely not my cup-o-tea but my 12 yr old daughter loved it. For me the thin is where it's at. They forgot that I asked to have the thin boxed since we had a drive so I wasn't served my pizza from the oven. We waited about 20 mins after the thin was done to finally ask if it was ready and they realized they thought it was a to go pick up order......I had to rush to eat a slice since by then, since they were closed as it was 9:20 when I got it. It reheated perfectly, tho. The shells were average, as was the salad. It was an $80 meal, that I wish I could have enjoyed more. As they were prepping for close, the front door got held open for staff to sweep and a ton of moths came in due to the bright lights and they were a nuisance as we ate. Big let down. First time trying them, heard great reviews on Facebook. Ordered a pizza and garlic knots. Price is ok, 16.99 for a large two topping with 6 garlic knots. Pizza was also ok, a little lighter then I prefer but not bad. Crust was a bit crunchy, or over done. The garlic knots were not editable. They were so tough it was gross. I went here a couple years ago and it was incredible food, staff was friendly and it was efficiently run. Twice now, I have ordered a pizza on the phone and went to pickup. the first time, my ticket for my order was gone and I waited for 30 minutes to leave my house to pick up. I waited at the store for an hour before they realized the ticket was missing...then they started my cheese pizza. Last night, I wanted to give them another chance. I called from the parking lot and ordered a plain cheese pizza. They said 30 minutes. I waited thirty minutes before going in...it wasn't ready. I saw them looking for my ticket. I think it was about 7 from the right in a stack hanging in front of the pizza maker. It wasnt started yet. I watched as they took a cheese pizza out of the oven about 15 minutes later, thinking oh..maybe it's mine. No, they sliced it and put it on the pizza slice stand. Much later I saw a guy make a plain cheese pizza and put it in the oven. In total, I was there an hour and 45 minutes for a plain cheese pizza. I don't know or understand... they have a great product. Staffing, organization, efficiency all lacking. Customer service awful!!! Girl at the counter was lost and didn't respond to questions...literally. She was so distracted. I would love to have their pizza again because it is great... but honestly, it's not worth it. read more

She was rude and continued to tell me it's about to leave. Another girl got on the phone which was very kind, cancelled my order, and apologized. UPDATE: Second attempt ordering from here, first time eating the food! We ordered a large pineapple and ham pizza, medium wings and 13 knots (all for 20!) the food was really good! I'm happy I have Bella Roma another shot! The pizza has good flavor, the wings were delicious and the knots had good flavor and were soft (I love soft knots). My ONLY recommendation, order EARLY!
